Just over 2% of the company 'purchased' in the 45m traded later on. Unlikely to be a new party, more likely an existing shareholder, if a purchase. A TR1 should follow if it was a purchase.

Reichy if you had followed the score on this side of the divide you would have known that TSHII was never going to be funded. The only hope for TOM shareholders is that the third party drilling is well financed and it works first time.

Plenty of alarm bells ringing on funding and frankly it will be luck if the extraction method works. The poison chalice might even be topped off with delay.

The bad news for TOM's shareholders is that TOM have no control over the news.

What goes around comes around.

Walking the price down is not going to get the volumes required to off load the converted shares onto a lately sceptical shareholder base. Management still have not answered the question - why did they draw down the first tranche early? Unless they say something the inevitable conclusion is that it is better to draw down now while you can. Do the Directors know anything that they should be informing shareholders about?

Fenners, whether it investing or commercial activity the first art appears to be not to cross the threshold of criminality. The threshold is not the law, but the point at which the activity is so egregious that the evidence and desire to prosecute exists. Even if the threshold is crossed the next defence is to make sure that it is not in the interests of those defrauded to pursue the perpetrator. Holmes crossed both those thresholds.

No further announcement yet on the conversion of the loan. How much they managed to off load last week is unclear, but the lack of trading will be a real problem unless TOM/Novum can find some new shareholders.
