Been at local hospital as my partner has been diagnosed with a bleed on the brain.
Tomorrow she is being moved to specialist unit at Bristol.

So they passed on another 5.8% of the companies shares for £200k
at that rate the total £1m will equate to 29%
But who cares ?

The balance will most likely go for a lot less anyway - but 29-35% of a loss making, no business entity , really, who cares?

I see the gamblers think that Novum clients are buying "cheap" shares off them today.

The shares have already been sold starting higher up - gamblers go and ask the directors what the full terms of the "Put Option Agreement"
we told them that Novum would seemingly have the opportunity to trash the share price for a guaranteed 15% profit + their turn on how much lower the share price could go down, but still they cling onto unreality!

As for the conversion price -

He cannot even get that correct !
Read the RNS again it says "conversion price has been determined to be 0.16133 pence"

I have no doubt there will be someone trying to lift the share price ....
so Novum can rinse and repeat , selling high , the o/s £50k , trashing the share price and buying much lower +15% discount.

Now all they need are some more willing gamblers , perhaps someone can spread some baseless rumours ?
