"well thats not rocket science is it fenners66, seeing as they get the monthly imcome. doh."

Wrong rmart - you know so little of the detail here , are you sure you read the rns's or do you just stick pins in a chart ?

Best quote in the accounts though still has to be....

the P&L account - "Error! Reference source not found."

Well that could be used about so many things TOMCO.......

There are loads of details in the accounts that are curious , despite their obvious reluctance to actually give away any real info to shareholders ...

such as

"10-year lease with a tenant starting from 1 March 2022, the lease has two years in which to do so without potentially forfeiting the lease."

So that already has become 1 year left or potentially forfeit....

Lets guess .... an extension to be given in just less than a year's time ....

Remember you read it here first !

I also found it curious that after announcing over a year ago , funds were raised to do the due diligence for their financing , ... then more RNS's doing the same
by the time they issued the final accounts ,and explained those same fundraises they took out the references to due diligence as they know that putting
them all in the same place over a year apart looks ....

well choose your own description
but its untenable to say the least...

very little trading but mms paying a premium. I hope they are trying to fill another 10m buy order. 0.43 to buy 10m in one go at present.

Any ideas who the potential partner/s were / are?
What will their due diligence make of TOM GROUP and it’s one employee not to mention the gallant non execs.

And come the end of the month we get ...... another delay announcement.

Note that haggis was quite prepared to spout about a financing deal being 99.9% done over a week ago ,
but has not been prepared to put an end date for the 0.1%

Of course not , no one is going to spend $200m +

Fenners the ability of TOM/Novum to off load the stock will be as much about volumes as it will price.

Going back to the sign off of the accounts. We had worked out that TOM would have insufficient cash for the 12 months going concern; the BoD must have known, therefore why was it left to the last minute.

The other thread will say that would be because management believed the 'deal' was imminent. More likely that even Novum had concerns about getting this one away. In my view this could yet haunt TOM in the coming year. Basically shareholders who have lost shed loads already are now going to have to stump up another £1m. The elastic band may just be overstretched.

Ah damac I see you have now edited your post and removed all the reference to warrants

I will take that as you have gone back and read the warrants are not the issue at all here ,
it is the discount for the convertible loan - shares....

Must say for one who thinks he knows all about TOMco that is a rookie error not reading the
announcement....

But that's what we see from the gamblers thread , hardly ever reading the details and even
less understanding of the nuances....

Someone with a vested interest trying to get the price up , prior to the convertible loan issue... ?
Volume weighted average price of the last 15 days less 15%

fenners6611 Apr '23 - 12:32 - 16928 of 16932

Currently about 0.313p less 15% discount so 0.266
On say £250k , would be about 94million shares....

Nice to see the fluffing of the price before the first batch of loan conversions hit. Within 7 days max. Seen this all before. Just a little more headroom for the greedy guys in suits. And you cretins are getting excited again. Brains of goldfish!

"he will be back when the news breaks and we fly past a penny. :-)"

BUT the company is already "valued" at more than a penny !
Usually the lowest these companies get sold for is a notional £1
so a penny is a bit pessimistic....

TOM know that it is going to get harder to off load the 'Novum' shares, particularly as the narrative thins a little more with the impact of time. It would be in TOM's interest to get as much under the belt as soon as possible. If correct this would suggest that we can see some frothing of the share price in the near future.

The frothing will provide the less committed a chance to sell, while others, most likely existing shareholders, can buy the 'cheap as chips' shares, and feel good over the weekend.
