Well said. But schadenfreude is perhaps not the motivation. They are stuck in a trap, and I don't get pleasure from the average man losing money, we have all be on the wrong end of silly decisions. However, I don't like the few delinquents on the other thread, who manipulate and lie for their own benefit knowingly sowing deceit for their own benefit and to the knowing detriment of others. Morally deficient and justified in being called out and exposed.

Tut tut. You do know that you get wider ADVFN benefits such as real time pricing etc as well as access to heavily censored boards. I post nowhere else, because I can't be bothered and have no need. I only post here, because I took a dislike to you and your deceit. That simple really. But just ignore me, but you cannot, your ego will not let you. Remember, nothing is real on here. We are all strangers hiding under pen names. I do not flatter myself that my words are important, they are just the truths as the man behind the name sees them. I don't care whether I am right or wrong, I have no skin in the game. But I do like to take a look now and again to see how you are all deluding yourself. Another sucker punch coming, which you will all deny you felt. Don't worry though, I will be here to tell you what just happened. Now back to your Benidorm bed sit!

It is somewhat ironic to have RMart slagging off Sage for being a naysayer. Any investor who has followed Tom during this most recent set of failures must understand that there is no “10-baggerR21; in the offing. So the only reason that posters like RMart can possibly remain involved is to play the short term volatility of this and other AIM minnows in an attempt to make a few quid at others’ expense. We've seen RMart dip in and out when he perceives peaks and troughs. He's a trader, pure and simple, and doesn't care about the long-term success of Tom. And all of his posts, whether factual or not, are meant to pump up those peaks so that he can exit before the next trough. How is that different from Sage talking down the shares? At least it is unlikely Sage is profiting from his posts, except perhaps in the form of schadenfreude. Little wonder that RMart has zero credibility on this site.

.....and looks like existing shareholders buying up the free stock. The Board know the shareholders that they are dealing with, likewise do the various parties introduced by NSL.

Thanks, Talais, but as Fenners has diligently reminded us, no results have ever been posted re: those exploration wells for Tom. Now, are we to believe that this latest round of 'bridge financing' went to lenders who didn't ask about those results? It would be the most requisite information to anyone financing a follow-up drilling campaign or a bridge to get to that drilling campaign. So, either inside information went to the lenders, or, also possible, those lenders saw this is a no-risk situation because the finance was structured so that they were guaranteed a profit. Either way, it raises serious questions and should give no one comfort about upcoming funding.

Once they started saying that they were going to test drill for oil , using the data that was accumulated nearly 10 years ago the signs were massive and neon flashing.

When you look at the maps on the gamblers thread that openly admit , (what we already knew), that previous test
wells were drilled by Shell, but still they do not get it....

One man and his dog , with a track record of losses and no employees and no projects is going to succeed where one of the worlds largest companies has failed....

yeah right.

This area has been tested since the 1970's and discarded.
The owners of TSII went bust , but had the same old test data.

The land is up for "sale" at (I may forget exactly) what 240x the price that Valkor paid for the next door plot .....

Why bother lending TOM a dime , when the same sum lent to Valkor would get you to ....wherever ... so much quicker....

DOH

Also from the Utah link, one can see maps with multiple neighboring wells (to HSO and AC) drilled by Shell, Union and others. All capped and abandoned as non-producers. Are we to believe that Valkor, operating out of a lock-up garage in Katy Texas, is going to succeed where Shell and others have failed? That would be a great story if it worked. And to their credit, they appear to have hired a drilling specialist, which is more than the expertise that Tom has brought to bear on any of its projects. But not much seems to have worked for Valkor, except their proven proficiency for extracting endless paychecks from Tom. Is this a '10-bagger' or another Valkor scheme to take investors’ money?

Now wiped from its website, Valkor has previous experience with huff and puff steam EOR in Trinidad and Tobago, on wells that had been tapped out of primary production. It failed. Or at least one must assume it failed as they no longer list the field as an accomplishment on their website. In fact, all of their previous oil and gas schemes (Ukraine, Turkey) appear to have gone bust.

TSHII Drilling UpdateThe Company is pleased to report that the permits required from the Utah Division of Oil, Gas and Mining to drill three exploration wells on the TSHII site have now been received by Greenfield's wholly owned subsidiary, AC Oil LLC. The drilling of these exploration wells is now scheduled to start in early March 2022.

Re: the drilling technology, thanks to Busamitch for providing the Utah link. From Valkor’s presentation to the Utah Board scheduled for this week, it appears they are planning on enhanced oil recovery (EOR) using steam injection. Though in their previous presentation to the Utah Board they said that they weren't sure which EOR method might work, so they were seeking approval for multiple technologies. Maybe Utah guided them to select one. Whatever the case, EOR is most often used on wells that have already produced their so-called ‘primary’; oil. That means infrastructure is in place. To instead START a drilling campaign (like this) with EOR requires a lot of expenditure for infrastructure, as well as multiple injection wells that aren’t themselves producers. That’s expensive.

No one will fund the 90% of TSII and CORT. CORT is dead, PQE foundering, and Matt Nicosia's resignation from Vivakor signals yet another oil sand extraction technology starting a death spiral. So Tom's future is tied to this drilling. Even if the drilling works (more later), why would someone fund the purchase of TSII given that surrounding leases are substantially cheaper? Perhaps TSII owners get on board with drilling and renegotiate to accept production royalties, but the previous value Tom placed on TSII is well out of line. My guess is that Valkor (or more likely, their backers) will fund Tom's share of drilling and the can will be kicked down the road pending drilling results.
