This guy certainly knows his stuff big time and is explaining things so even I can understand it. Helpful that he is a very good mate of the Chairman and very well respected. SB and co have not left anything to chance imho.

Wells are commercial at just 20 barrels a day.....and estimated to potentially produce at over 100.

It's certainly a very complicated project as far as geology and technical factors go. Bit vague to compare it to California for similar oil projects, then say you can't compare the geology LOL!!

I said before this meeting that funding would be signed off once approval was given by this meeting. To state under oath that they own 25% of TOM indicates to me one of the following:

1) The funding was signed off immediately prior to this meeting, hence no time for a UK RNS earlier today from TOM

2) Funding will be signed off on licence approval as I have suggested, and is scheduled in to be done immediately after this meeting (if this is the case then he has not told the truth, as failure to get approval at this meeting (a delay or a no) could stop the funder signing the deal)

3) He's got it all wrong (if this is the case then he has not told the truth)

Also it was 29% so if it was sorted a couple of weeks back then the later warrants has caused the dilution
to 25%

So Steven Byle has stated, twice, and under oath, that that Valkor own 25% of Tomco. That would suggest the the funding has been secured.
