Ever been a director of a company with massive prospects and an opportunity to make a fortune in share options when an idea comes off ?

How many in that position , turn and walk away , even when all they have to do is turn up to a few meetings a year as there is no operating business?

Surely they were far more in the know.

But they left , it's what is not said , that tells far more sometimes than all the ambiguous guff that the believers are all too happy to lap up.

The continuing belief that PQE is going to be bought for 3x market price after what over a year of prevarication.
A company that has recently been fined for conduct.....

TOM's own published cash flow, pre inflation showed $175m

We know that would have been surpassed by inflation but , cost overruns in engineering
are legendary.

So any lender will know that the $200m + that TOM want is fantasy.

Meanwhile PQE gets attracted to "controversy"

IMO no chance TOM will ever get a CORT plant running.
Valkor know they will never see 29% of TOM and they don't care TOM are on the hook for
$35k a month and rising.....

Say for instance a new federal lease was acquired on an Oilsands property through the federal land sales and a new financer wanted to fund Greenfield in a new area, which there is a lot in Utah, then this opens up an unlimitless possibility's, it increases Greenfield TomCo's attractiveness to not just run these projects but the overall business as a takeover target!
