If the froth on the deluded thread is credible then there needs to be a substantive RNS tomorrow morning. If there is not then there will be an opportunity to take profit.

A few new posters on the other thread are starting to layer up the bollix which indicates another round of rinse and repeat scamming.

Assuming Tomco do purchase the remaining 90% of TSHII land and Vivakor get 4 RPC's in production by the end of the year (as stated by CEO Matt Nicosia), then sand sales alone should be worth around 5pps to Tomco (as per my post 26987).

Here is the assessment by Norwest...so you can see there's been a lot of base work done on the TSHII tracts which I bet Valkor and TomCo are following on from this earlier assessment http://vivakor.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/NW-Resource-Report-Final-Report-Aug-27-2013-1.pdf

So i take it you are just making it up then as you have not heard anything. Mmm, nothing changes here then as expected.

The company probably needs the share price to 'up' some more so any placing effects may be softened but who can tell what will happen? It's going to be an exciting ride for investors given the timescales involved.

Unless TOM has a rich benefactor, what else can produce the cash TOM needs for operations and of course the management and miscellaneous overheads.

lopodop, have you ‘heard’ there is to be a placing? Or are you just sumising? Just wondering if you are making it up?

MOST of us can get it wrong - on this occasion though there is absolutely no way Tom can achieve the enormous funding levels it requires.
Of course there will be some form of placement as is customary to buy time and delay the end. It may be substantial!! Watch out.

I have been wrong on many occasions on Tom and others, happy to admit it, I will await the ramblings here once/if/when funding is announced. I assume you will all just pick fault in it whatever it says. No admittance of being wrong will come here.

Don’t forget the Vivakor 250 bopd plant could be up and running soon, $3 royalties and 50% of sand revenue, there’s a lot of news to come

Ducky Fuzz21 Aug '22 - 12:41 - 27629 of 27635

Hi tal .. But we need to own TS2 first don't we ? Otherwise it goes to the current owners ?

Talais21/Ducky,

The $3 royalties (per tonne of oil sands processed) go to Tar Sands Holding II (of which Tomco own 10%) until Tomco purchase the remaining 90% then it all goes to Tomco.

The 50% revenue from the sand is as per the M.O.U. between Greenfield and Vivakor.

See the relevant info from the RNS dated 10th March 2022.....

TSHII Lease Agreement with Vivakor

Vivakor has entered into a renewed lease (the "Lease"), covering approximately three acres of land (the "Property"), with TSHII for a term of five years, with an option to extend for a further five years, effective from 9 March 2022, to, inter alia, accommodate Vivakor's storage needs and planned plant operations at the TSHII site.

It is Vivakor's intention, with the assistance of Greenfield, to develop and enhance a pre-exisiting oil sands processing plant that it owns on the Property. Such upgraded plant, to be operated by Vivakor, would be designed to produce at least 1,000 barrels of oil per day or equivalent tonnage of asphalt cement.

Under the Lease, TSHII shall supply Vivakor with such quantity of oil sands as Vivakor determines each month, at a set minimum saturation quality, with a maximum supply of 2,000 tons per day. Vivakor will cover the cost of mining the oil sands and will pay TSHII US$3 per ton of oil sands processed by way of a rental payment for the Lease. Vivakor has paid a US$30,000 advance against future rental payments on signing of the Lease.

MoU between Greenfield and Vivakor

The MoU covers a proposed professional services agreement between Vivakor and Greenfield for the potential supply of certain operating and engineering services, including sand treatment and oil upscaling to Vivakor, such services to be provided by Valkor LLC through Greenfield.

In exchange for its services in respect of the enhancement of Vivakor's plant, Greenfield would be entitled to receive 50% of net revenues received by Vivakor for any post-processed sand material from the plant sold through offtake agreements procured by Greenfield.

The MoU includes a binding five-year exclusivity period for agreeing and entering into any definitive agreements covering the abovementioned matters.

I would hope that the dark side posters have the decency (if we do get funding) to admit they'd got it wrong. In fairness fenners is often right on other bb's I visit.

I suppose the next date to look at is September 1st when the Valkor payment is due.

Hi rmart .. I think the other side are saying that TOMco won't get any funding.

They will say the 10 bag is irrelevant as the funding won't happen.

Ducky, have you ever know the other side to be even remotely correct on any of the garbage they have spouted over the years? No, me neither. If anything is irrelevant it is that thread and the habitual liars that post on it.

They have two plants vernalVivakor Deploys its Second Remediation Processing Center in UtahRoyalty II Machine Targeted to Commence Generating Revenues in AprilLAS VEGAS, NV / ACCESSWIRE / March 4, 2020 / Vivakor, Inc. (OTC PINK:VIVK), a clean energy technology and asset acquisition company, is pleased to announce it has completed the deployment of its second Clean Energy Remediation Processing Center (RPCII). The system has been installed in Vernal, Utah and has started the quality control processing phase of its production. In this quality control phase, RPCII will conduct small batch runs to test end product. This processing stage is expected to last approximately 30 days, with full commercialztion to begin afterwards as revenue is expected to ramp over the subsequent months to 700 tons of material a day for an average of 250 barrels. The RPCII was financed via an opportunity zone royalty offering that closed October of 2019. Once the quality control phase has been completed, the clean energy system will reach a processing capacity of 20 tons per hour, ora minimum of 250 barrels per day of hydrocarbon material. The product produced in Utah will be commercialized as both an asphaltic cement for roadway applications, as well as other synthetic crude products. Depending on commodity pricing and service fees, the RPC's can generate potentially anywhere from $4 to $6 million in top line revenue per year, per machine. The company now has two machines in production, with one in Kuwait and one in Utah, and subject to financing, has the capacity to build as many as 10 RPC's per year in the existing Opportunity Zone facility."This is a very important milestone in the Company's business plan as we move to continue financing and deploying our clean energy Remediation Processing Centers worldwide," stated Vivakor Chief Executive Officer Matt Nicosia "This system marks the only scaled, continuous-feed oil sands processing in Utah. Furthermore, the post-processed sands were independently tested and demonstrated to have less than 0.05% remaining hydrocarbons. To date, we are the only company able to meet such standards. Now with our scaled RPCII, we will continue to create jobs in rural Utah, and monetize this valuable asset in the state".

If you look in the Vivakor website, the first plant looks very much up and running to me by now ;)There is a section on Utah plus drone footage in the second to last section (cannot remember what it is called, member services or something but well worth a viewing).
