Of all the players in this incredible enterprise, Chairman Groat must have severe doubts about how long he can keep this ship afloat before he faces severe criticism and possible investigation - as a chartered accountant, as a director and as chairman.
Reservations about TOM's modus operandi have been flagged up - many directors in similar position would be long since gone. One of his faults has been to place too much faith in his "accomplished" MD and overlook JP's inexperience.
At the end of the day, the chairman has got investors into this position and he has to stand up and account to investors without spin.

If the funding is not in prospect, then surely TOM, although having sufficient petty cash to last apparently till the beginning of 2023, is unable to meet its overall financial liabilities. What is the plan henceforth or is there a plan? Is there even a business? Perhaps the BOD is drafting an RNS to advise investors.

Just a prediction but the next RNS will be on the drill. There might be a few warm words on the financing to keep the issue alive.

Investors must hope BDO takes a very firm line with the Chairman. In the absence of substantive news by this month end, TOM has surely to launch the lifeboat. It cannot go on.

All it took was a bit of research to realise that ALL the self imposed deadlines get missed.

Drilling to start first week of Dec 21 - called that as B/S at the time and rmart had a go....

Does he really believe everything he reads / hears or is he just pumping propaganda ?

There was no RNS about term sheet in 2 weeks - so there is nothing to apologise for...

the fault is anyone who wants to put any weight to "hope" - but of course they will , like
they put faith in those that masquerade as if they know something the market doesn't.

Funny how companies with no business , no revenue , no profits , almost no assets , attract them.
