Well they have the full Feed Study, just being check over.Work on a full FEED study commenced almost immediately after the pre-FEED study was received and reviewed. Results from subsequent modifications and upgrades to improve the plant's efficiency in late 2020 and early 2021 were incorporated into the FEED study. The draft of the full FEED study was received by management in June and is expected to be finalized after a verification review by a third-party. The results of the FEED study are anticipated to be released in July.

I'm really saying if the controlling interests objectives are to be taken out at a great price the Ace in the pack would to be the sole owner of the IP .... I agree we've got the multi site licence and as you point out the enhanced IP which Greenfield developed

But we haven't pored over the details of the contract

If we were sole owners of the IP ..well game changer

Licensing Agreement with Greenfield Energy LLCIn mid-November 2020, Petroteq Energy entered into a non-exclusive, multi-site license with Greenfield Energy LLC for use of the Petroteq's Extraction Technology in the engineering, construction and operation of oil sands extraction plants in the United States in consideration of the US$1.5 million Greenfield has invested and an additional US$500,000 to be invested within 20 days, along with a 5% royalty based on net revenues. The license also specifically includes the IP developed by Petroteq and Greenfield in the future

One thing that might give confidence is for Chairman Groat to buy in NOW.
BUT he will not! He has no confidence in TOM nor in himself as Chairman. QED

Goulding ...greenfield is raising the finance for the plant and would do so again if they convinced
finance providers of the rewards to be had by taking out Petroteq

We talk about Tom or Greenfield being taken out

If I'm a big boy I go for

1) Petroteq ..it owns the IP

2) Greenfield

3) Tom

Greenfield holds the right to multi licences etc ... but we'd have to look at the small print

Taking out Petroteq would be a master stroke

All dependent on takeout prices , Risk/ reward etc

Greenfield cannot buy Petroteq, because TOM would have to pay half which they cannot afford. HOWEVER’ Valkor, TOM.S partner In Greenfield can buy Petroteq if they had the money.Did I not read somewhere that Valkor have been buying up leases in the same area?

What a masterstroke if the delay was while greenfield not only agreed finance for the plant but to take out Petroteq as well

Overnight becoming sole owner of the IP and licences

And making a takeover just a matter of when and how much

As usual no information from TOM. In such circumstances, intelligent investors have to be very cautious and pessimistic as there is no evidence current or prospective that TOM will be successful.
