That is a hell of an offer for PQE considering where the share price was prior to the first Swedish/German offer.

Greenfield/Tomco next? That offer will not have gone unnoticed from the majors,

What's your take on the present share value?

Should the share price descend to .50p, then the chairman must resign immediately. Some new blood may not come amiss.
As an AIM chairman his reputation will become further tarnished in the City if he cannot get the price to a realistic 2p. MALCOLM GROAT needs to begin to act like a chairman.

A very good morning. Is SL STILL here? Remarkably quiet. Has he moved across to P?

Once again you’re post is full of nonsense. Using words like ‘acquiesceR17; does not make you impressive. It makes you look like you want to be important when in reality you know you are not.

You sound like sages apprentice.

What you have to accept is that unless the directors are experienced and well able to make a success of this project, it will fail. You of all people have strong views about TOM's directors.
How on earth can you be confident that all is and will go well. Think! It is so simple and blatantly obvious. Do you really want Tom to blunder on and consume your money for no return. This has occurred time and time again in its lifetime and what has to happen to turn the tables? It is a very sorry tale aided and abetted by a group of substantial shareholders who seem to acquiesce in the situation.

Perhaps you already know the funding has been sourced and lined up unconditionally in which case why don't they say.

I like it that you are here as you are really stupid and will soon be shown as such.

They will secure offers of funding for the plant at the same time as they finalise the land deal and then you will dream up another issue.

For such a position of leadership you have amongst the Pygmies you are remarkably thick. Seems I have to put things in sequential bullets and not use words of more than 2 syllables. If they do not have the land secured until the end of 2022, then the scam blows up. They therefore need to pay the money to secure the land for 18 months so the story is maintained. This will require a placing. This is where it ends though. Time will pass, RNS will land spouting vagaries about 'ongoing discussions' blah blah, but no money available means there can and will never be commercial oil ever and ever amen.

Ask Louis Castro for his assessment of realistic funding sources and for update on progress made so far.

4. Why - do investors have any confidence in the management?
- experienced investors can see flaws in operating 50/50 Greenfield venture
- uncertainty, uncertainty, uncertainty has prevailed so far
- more delays
- funding problems
- investor support waning.

so you will go away if and when they announce the project finance as you are stating they will not get it?

oh, sorry, and you are suggesting that they will pay $1.8m to finalise the land deal BEFORE they know if they have the funding to build the plant?
