29/6/2021 15:58 | I have to keep on repeating myself. None of the scenarios will or can come to pass. The furthest the old scam will get is to pay the $1.8m to secure the option until 2022. Then It stalls. The payment will precipitate a placing to enable 2022's charade. A third party report is never a 'third' party in that it is almost always going to return the right answer to the question, and as we know all it does is set the preface for the next chapter and always will require funding. The only funding that will ever be available is equity funding and this will only ever be for op costs and never able stretch to the silly numbers you have been told is needed for capex. There is no asset or income to support both the principal sum nor the interest requirements. All basic commercial fundamentals that you all do not understand. Cash raise before the end of the summer and hopefully this will crystallise your loss. | ![]() thesageofsaint

29/6/2021 15:01 | LOPODOP, HE DIDNT WALK, HE WAS PUSHED. Answer the question.. At what point will you accept that tomco are in a very nice position and will achieve production. 1. On the third party verified pre feed study? 2. On securing the finance for the first plant? 3. Completing the purchase of the land ? 4. Never.? | rmart
29/6/2021 14:52 | When a non exec walks having been in situ since November 2020, taking with him a year's ongoing 'fee' of £32k, is that not a red light for many an investor. Make of it what you will RMART, but it could be the precursor of trouble ahead. Ignore the warning at peril. Of course investing in Petroteq backed by Valkor may be a different proposition. | ![]() lopodop

29/6/2021 12:19 | just thought i would pop in with same question for you WILSON2 and lopodop.... At what point will you accept that tomco are in a very nice position and will achieve production. 1. On the third party verified pre feed study? 2. On securing the finance for the first plant? 3. Completing the purchase of the land ? 4. Never.? | rmart
29/6/2021 12:17 | Good point ref the ongoing royalty Rmart I'd been thinking there could even be s scenario where Valkor don't want to sell their 50% and it's just Tom But it would be nice to sell greenfield and get a nice 5% royalty fee on all future sites | ![]() jaynealex
29/6/2021 12:11 | I have a question for you sagey? At what point will you accept that tomco are in a very nice position and will achieve production. 1. On the third party verified pre feed study? 2. On securing the finance for the first plant? 3. Completing the purchase of the land ? 4. Never.? | rmart
29/6/2021 12:09 | Yes of course I will answer you, as you conveniently forget that Tomco own 50% of Greenfield. So, 1st plant producing 5,000 bopd, increasing to 10,000 bopd as the land Greenfield are purchasing gives a 20year life at 10,000bopd. Giving a profit (at todays prices, lets say $50 per barrel profit) of $180m per yr. 2nd Tomco have 9 other leases in their own name. Some are not suitable for oil sands as the ore is too deeep but some of the leases will have some near surface ore. 3rd. Greenfield have the only licence that allows them to build as many plants as they like in USA. So a big compnay with deep pockets could take them out and just spend the cash to build 20,50,100 plants. 4th. If a big company take out greenfield that will obviously mean the cash paid would be split 50/50 between tomco and valkor and I am also sure a small ongoing royalty from future production would be built in. 5th. Tomco can then go back to the 80% oil shale project. of course you will find some fancy way of suggesting all of the above is worthless, but go ahead. | rmart
29/6/2021 12:00 | The advantage of a large company taking out Greenfield. They could build the first plant. If it is working start work on the next 10 plants, for which they will hold the cash. Producing 1,000,000 barrels per day. At a profit of 75 million dollars per day. It has to attract the Exxon’s, Shell’s’ Total’s of this world.aimho I will wake up later, however, none of that is beyond the realms of reality, not possibility. Still makes me wonder where are sellers getting their info from to justify selling? | ![]() goulding1215
29/6/2021 11:46 | But why not let them live the dream. It is giving them a great deal of excitement as the build up continues. But when the dream turns to reality does it matter. A few quid lost - it's only money. The big winner here will be SB but not through Greenfield. | ![]() lopodop
29/6/2021 11:39 | You are just as bad. Can you please back up your belief in a takeover. They own NOTHING of any value. Why would anyone pay a dime never mind £100m. Sheer nonsense. | ![]() thesageofsaint
29/6/2021 11:36 | Feeding the children more preposterous lies. Shame on you! | ![]() thesageofsaint
29/6/2021 10:29 | It's all about getting a decent takeout price 5p might seem fantastic to some , given where we are .. But that's chicken feed compared to the full potential Obviously a purchaser wants that potential ...but I'd hope the key shareholders and therefore the board hold out for alot more ...when / if the bid(s) come Imagine multi bids ...ohhh AHH just a little bit , oohh AHH a little bit more ! | ![]() jaynealex
29/6/2021 10:12 | I cannot wait for the updated and third party approved feed study to come out. On the old numbers we now have it at £40m per yr profit. With the reduced production cost and sand product I would expect at least £60m. So as soon as sales start they can use the income to start the build on another plant without the need for further finance. Every 2 yrs they could complete another plant. Each plant gives 20 yrs production so in effect they could build up to 9 plants before the first one exhausts itself. I wont put the numbers as it will seem crazy. That is why we will be taken out by a big compnay. The value being in the MULTI SITE LICENCE and the low royalty fee which imo will be higher for new licence takers. | rmart
29/6/2021 10:08 | As Rmart says confirmation of the finance would just firm up this is a massive go ...the finance provider will have thoroughly reviewed all the info The lease purchase likewise And plant build commencement etc etc We are just waiting for the step change in valuation I'm amazed the share price is flat lining | ![]() jaynealex
29/6/2021 10:05 | The finance will appear on the balance sheet as a liability Repayment of it and interest will impact cash flow Interest payments will hit p&l But on the positive we'll have a plant banging out barrels of oil and sand And the positive net cash flows over say 10 / 15 years discounted to time zero ( now ) will give the Net Present Value ( NPV) which divided by the number of shares should give the share price then add multi licence potential ..skies the limit | ![]() jaynealex |
