Ducky, anyone who quotes a companies value based on their share price alone deserves zero attention. ie "it's only 0.5p should go to 30p...." infant school stuff.

Trawling YouTube on Valentine's Day for info on a share you don't own. I feel bad for you. I hope Jose and Manuel are feeling better soon to plug RMS's machine in. £60m market cap, jeez! Sleep easy.

No the greenfield trial is targeting 250 barrels, this isn't the long term goal for the plant and certainly not greenfields issue. Valkor have told us they have increased capacity by a third and improved reliability. All good news for petroteq in the long term. How many delays have RmS announced in the last months? Several. Look at that market cap with no orders yet! Careful now!!

if it was previously running at 500 bopd (and making a loss), and is now targeting 250 barrels in a 12 hour shift what are the improvements?, that is still 500 bopd.

Ok, maybe it could run more, or maybe its better quality oil, or maybe thats its limit. We just dont know, will we ever know?

Are the improvements to produce more oil (on this plant)?, or to make it do 500 bopd without breaking down?

Jeez, whats another week or two or three etc etc !?.......

I'm expecting positive news next week on production target being met and land purchase deal. Cody clearly stated all improvements that had been made to the plant giving 1/3 more output. So we know prior to improvements plant was running at 500 bopd I think it's safe to assume that 250 in 12 hours will be achieved especially now with Valkor's involvement.

Lap. the co has had many downs with little up in the past.
But the setup now looks a lot better and as the plant has managed 500 a day in the past, the upgrades with quality engineers can only improve things.
But as ever we have to be aware that thing can still go wrong.

Look at track record. Here is a pretty complex transaction with some diverse experienced and inexperienced parties. How many aim companies succeed? News flow that doesn't flow. Logic says avoid. BUT my gut feel is stay with it.

Ducky, fn hit the nail on the head yesterday. 6 weeks in and 100b is the only official news we've had. We are left reading between the lines of the proactive interview and looking for historical news to remain positive but the market requires some facts and confident strides forward with the project now.

What we say now is irrelevant. Everything will change when we get significant news, good or bad.

For some reason I was expecting news and not having had any has unsettled me a bit. I'm not going to sell but just sharing what I am thinking to pass the time.

The share price should be slowly going up and it isn't for some reason. DF

Lopodop, I know what you are trying to say, we are over analysing it without all the facts. But that's what these boards do. I'm certainly not unnerved by it (I only listen to one or two on here anyways!) Quite the opposite in fact, without some of the calming noises on here some might become more nervous. We are sharing thoughts and opinions on how it could play out. That's what these discussion boards were created for.

Vauch, 17766 is very relevant. Pqe got the plant to 500 barrels a day, continuous for 2 weeks. It's very hard to believe that the improvements, £1m spend and valkors expertise redesigning certain processes has made things worse! Coupled with the unexpected higher grade ore I'm hoping for good news soon...ish!!

Asphalt Ridge Operational Updates
On March 28, 2019, Petroteq Energy announced that the company has been continuously producing
over 500 barrels per day for the last two weeks. The nameplate production capacity of the company s
oil sands processing facility is 1,000 bpd. Management anticipates achieving a 700 bpd production rate in
April and the facility s rated production capacity by the end of May. The ramp up in production is being
conducted in a measured approach in order to help ensure that product quality will meet the standards
expected by its refinery customers. The cash flow derived from production should reduce the need for
dilutive share financings.

It's not a flat landscape though Vouch,I'd think it would be trucks by road to the rail head.

Goulding,

Good find, Leland Bench, where it is proposed a new section of rail line starts from is not far from the Asphalt Ridge area, approx. 25 miles as the crow flies.

Good one SL.

My theory is that the NED’s are there to take over after a buyout by Valkor, Stephen Byle. Aimho.
