We know they are pushing on with the FEED study, should be completed in 4 weeks. This is obviously the crucial document to take to potential lenders. It looks from todays QFI news that they are producing it without any MSAR involvement. Possibly more of a worry to QFI holders (if this project is important to QFI, I don't know enough about them) than Tomco holders but we'll have to wait and see.

I agree with other that the market doesn't like guessing, and is normally not good at it, so early clarification from Tom is required.

We were told that the POSP had produced oil of 'anticipated quality'. The plan was to send the first few barrels to QFI. No mention of QFI by name for a while from greenfield. I'm also sure, mainly due to QFI in the early days, there is no binding contract in place so their bit of meccano might just need dismantling.

If greenfield are still tinkering with the plant to get the final result on oil quality they need they will not have sent a sample yet. It would be pointless. They will send it once the plant is producing the final product.

Even a grumpy old moaner like me can see that.

Last time I checked
Quadris had the end plant ready to go and needed the oil samples to do final calculations.

It has always been an option that Greenfield do not go ahead with Quadrise if they deem them unsuitable or not required (as mentioned many times on here before), I suspect that this is how it is now being played out. 100% agree that Tomco have to clarify the situation though.

Coby said in the interview that the back end of the system was the easy bit, straight forward bit. QFI weren't mentioned in the last rns or interview, I hope Greenfield have found a way to exclude them. No revenues to pay. We do need clarification though.

Online it is 0.4744p sell and 0.489p buy for only 200k

I’m too long in the tooth in this game to hang anything on it. If it doesn’t happen within the next 7 days it won’t change the outlook for me as I think if not 7 days it won’t be far away after that.

You will also be aware (or should be) that the exploration leases Tomco currently hold are irrelevant at this time with this process. The leases we were speculating on are the ones mentioned in the last fund raise. Fully permitted and serviced. We await further details and confirmation from the company on these. Until such time they are, as I said, speculation.

Given you are invested here, you probably ought to know the details. They own no leases with production approval. The own only exploration leases. No new dessert will be allows to be dug in the next 4 years. You will be told soon enough that any POSP tweaks are all futile, it will go nowhere. Will be difficult even for old TOM to kick the can past this mountain of an impasse. You will all have buyers' remorse. You all sheep like we're taken in by the media's vilification of the best president the USA has had since JFK and now you have a cabal puppet. TOM just collateral damage in the tsunami of tyrannical measures to be unleashed. New oil production in the USA stopped on Wednesday, FOR EVER!
