Just to remind everyone
No debt.
Funded well into 2022.
Excellent JV partner in Valkor to form ‘Greenfield217;
POPS successfully upgraded and performing well with 1/3 more capacity added and improved reliability.
Improved quality of Ore put through the plant - potentially from new land location for 10,000 bopd plant.
250bopd target within 2 weeks.
Potential to use Quadrise MSAR technology after oil sample testing for post processing of produced oil.
FEED survey completed end of February.
News on new land location any day.
Deal signed with funder/s to finance the project – hopefully soon after FEED completed.
Very exciting few weeks and with the required positive news I expect a significant re-rate will occur.

As usual Damac speaks sense.

Damac, how much are you prepared to put on that forecast?

Just to reiterate, FEED study, which will report on the commercial viability of a 10k plant, cannot be completed without the data required from the site that the plant will be built on. If the FEED is going to be completed by end of February(ish) then the land deal must be concluded and tests carried out on the ore from that site before the end of Feb. The inference from the recent Proactive Investors video is that Greenfield are currently testing the ore from the site that they wish to take on.

To me it stands to reason that the owner of a suitable parcel of land would not allow for ore to be removed for sampling unless conditional agreement has been reached with Greenfield with regards to taking on the land. It also stands to reason that Greenfield would want to be satisfied with the quality of ore before concluding any deal.

Given that data from the ore needs to be included in the FEED, I am going to stick my neck out and say that a land deal will be announced within the next 7 days.

The process deployed by petroteq/greenfield is very different to the current main method of oil sands production which does, as you rightly say, leave the issue of dirty sands to be disposed of. Our method creates a byproduct of clean sand. Either return it back to where it came from or, as has been mentioned, it may have a commercial value.

Again, I see your negative as a positive.

Or maybe they agreed terms some time ago pending the testing of the ore.

I've a feeling we won't have long to wait to find out.

With Biden closing down the oil industry around them I'd say the opposite.

the price tomco will have to pay for that lease will have gone up considerably, they should have completed on it ages ago. Now the owner will want a premium. IMO. If not he is stupid.

I bow to your greater knowledge on US politics. I don't have enough time to go back over Tomcos previous statement on this but I am fairly sure the lease they referred to was a fully permitted, serviced site. So if no new leases are being offered then Tomco could have pulled a master stroke bagging this one.

As I posted just 4 days ago, the Global takeover of the USA government is now in full flood of executive orders. Skeletor the puppet signs whatever is put in front of him. The intention is to destroy old norms and build a controlled dystopia with power and wealth seated only in the hands of the cabal. Firstly he signed an EO that allowed men wearing skirts to be allowed to destroy female sports, then on Wednesday he signed an EO preventing any oil and gas leases from being offered and approved across all public land. Funny non of you are talking about this. In the stroke of a pen in the hand of a senile puppet your business plan is dead in the water. Funny how Mary Mungo and Midge, made no comment on their chat. Any thoughts where this leaves your dreams?

Agreed Damac, they could then potentially passport to the TSX, and get out of AIM. Much better result.

I'm not too sure on exactly how much time and money it takes to list a company but i'm sure it's considerable, I guess that depends on where it is being listed etc., so I see it as quicker and cheaper for them to become part of Tomco.

I would think that listing Greenfield and giving TOMco shareholders 50 per cent of the shares and Steve Byle the other 50 per cent would be easiest.

I wonder if TOMco will ever go back and develop Turboshale .. it's still mentioned on the TOMco website.

Just pondering various potential scenario's Ducky, that's all. If Greenfield wanted to become a listed company sometime in the future then would the quickest option not be for them to be absorbed by Tomco, becoming a subsidiary of Tomco which Valkor would still hold 50% in?

Bit early of course but what will be the end game for Oil Sands and TOMco.

Greenfield get listed on the US stock market.
Greenfield bought by an oil major or Hedge Fund and TOMco goes back to Turboshale.
Greenfield expands their Oil Sands plant.
Pays a dividend.
Goes bust.
