From the 17th Oct RNS:

"As a result, the Company will hold a General Meeting immediately following the AAGM to seek shareholder approval for the appointment of BSS & Co (Accountancy Services) Ltd. as the Company's new auditors (the "GM").

The GM will be held at 1.30 pm on 2 November 2023 at the offices of Allenby Capital Limited, 5 St Helen's Place, London, EC3A 6AB."

Someone posted on LSE that it was a short closing,well I pretty sure Barclays don't issue stock for shorts.

Two ways of looking at the Barclays sale...

1) They must know something, why are they getting out at all costs (HALF what they will get by waiting). This is a very very bad sign.

2) That sale must have been creating a big overhang of stock. Now that is out of the way the price can rise back up towards 150p.

You pay your money and take your chance!

Well i just sold my small holding here, could not risk it especially after Barclays selling,and i got 0.92 so done better than they did.

I don't understand who is selling when they are "going to get" 150p a share in a matter of weeks. Or why insiders / friends of insiders are not at least buying in themselves keeping the price over £1. Easy 50% surely?Can Directors buy now? It appears they can sell. I genuinely do not know. The bid is public info so I don't see why not now?Are they? Curious.

Well this is all looking very predictable.
Connected persons sells at 92p when a supposed 150p bid is in play?
Deadline extensions and Shorts.
Not forgetting that 'Audit' from a guy working out of what looks like an ex public toilet?
People who allegedly paid 150p 'Off market' seem uninterested to pay 80p 'on market'.

This should be suspended!
Unacceptable in every way and totally undermines confidence in AIM and the financial markets in general.
