New thought, assuming the deal goes through...They have zero revenue (as per the accounts) and are losing several million a year. So where is the working capital coming from, I do not see how they could raise money in future who is going to invest after all this malarky. How long would they have left to reach break even? Not long enough is my guess.

When you had one investor paying 11 pounds and another one paying a discount to mkt price ie 150p you know something stinks !! I would and will never ever touch this POS.Don't trust them Investing is all about trust .

Indeed. The cash needed to pay @150p to all the non concert party (cp)holdings would probably be less than £7 million, as they (cp) presumably would take the shares.
What does the wealthy backers paying £11.78 per share last December make of all this i wonder?
I guess the 'takeover ' depends on if can they raise a few million to buy out the non(cp) holders and pay off the £3 million settlement.

Just what they are allegedly buying and for what reason , lord knows.

AIMHO.

The situation could be laughable, but it passed the 'funny' point long ago and is well, now plain ludicrous. $25m for a 10% stake? Ought to be framed and kept for posterity as an example of wild-eyed self-valuation!

A recommended offer @1.50 and the share price is sitting at £1 ?

Of course the offer may not actually be made (it hasn't been made, yet) with the deadline to do so being 5pm on Oct 5 !!

It would appear that many are selling -- regardless.

The return from suspension is being seen as an escape route by sceptics perhaps.

Probably because with statements of all kinds from the Directors of TNT, and all the incarnations before it, you are never "knowing you are going to get".

They may have said X, but if X is delivered on time or in fact you get Y and 6 months later, is anybody's guess.

Why would you not buy at this level knowing you are going to get 150 plus in the very near future. Easy money

Audit completion by the end of September - cutting it fine in the rapidly innovating Deep Tech & Banking business!

If this person is from the same 'Cogut Family', then it appears he is the founder of Pegasus Capital -- is he related to David Cogut?

David Cogut's and Pegasus Capital's warrants are 'conditional' as follows:

" The warrants are conditional on either the market capitalisation of the Company exceeding US$250,000,000 for a period of three consecutive trading days or a future funding round being concluded with a post-money valuation of US$250m or greater. "

Not clear if the exercise is 'conditional', or the vesting is 'conditional'.

Not sure who CFP Fintech LLC is/are.

'CFP' merely stands for 'Certified Financial Practioner', from what I can see - so that doesn't tell us much.
