12/2/2023 09:14 | No...just that the market don't seem to be listening to RS waffle??? He needs to restrict the ammount of words he puts in to his RNS. Each one could have been covered with about 70% less. With the other 15m not being secured...another missed deadline. The market is rightfully concerned about just how much cash needs to be called upon from the 10m facilit to keep the project on track. If I were the HNWI, I would be fuming. But due to the way its been done, the HNWI has paid for the equivalent of 33% of the company, and only holds 4% of the voting...so has to sit back and watch...just like us | snowman21
08/2/2023 20:37 | Must admit...presently surprised today. share price held well | snowman21

07/2/2023 10:51 | bozzy_s you have very succinctly worked out what is going on here an awful lot quicker than most. | adh0
06/2/2023 23:23 | boz They don't actually 'do' anything at the mo, from what I can see, but they, rather gradiosely want to revolutionise banking in the 3rd world. there seems to be lots of globe-trotting, and just general galavanting, hither and yon. They won't earn a penny until they do get going, with actual banking transactions. Huge number of if's and buts alomg the way. Until then, expects several skip loads of................ words!! haha | 2magpies
06/2/2023 22:55 | Spotted on the losers list, and also noticed the discount to supposed fundraising. Went to Tintra's website to see what they do. From the homepage "Led By Artificial Intelligence, We provide Global Banking Infrastructure Without Bias Or Prejudice." Tried looking a bit deeper, seeing how much they charge / make for those services. Nothing! Absolutely no detail. Can someone explain what they do? It looks like utter waffle to me. A ton of positive words, but they don't seem to actually do anything! "Our patented technology is the leading dependable banking infrastructure. Send money directly without human inaccuracies." That's just generic garbage. If someone's sending a bank transfer, a human needs to decide the amount surely? What percentage fee is Tintra getting per transfer? How many banks on board? How is a bank transfer through them any better than through someone else? | bozzy_s

06/2/2023 15:12 | "The first time we met it quickly became evident to me that Constantine Chikosi's textured knowledge of parts of the world I know rather well was so many levels above my own that it opened up a new frame of possibilities and solutions in my thinking. I am humbled by the fact that our vision is shared by someone with such vast experience of being able to turn vision into reality through smart strategy and deliverable tactics. As we move from vision and philosophy into our execution phase I am supremely comfortable that our Africa strategy will be equal to our vision driven by the depth of experience Constantine brings to this new role. We continue to drive solutions that deal with the aims and intents set out by governments, regional and bodies international bodies such as the IMF and World Bank. I welcome Constantine to Tintra and I very much look forward to the journey together as we use Artificial Intelligence to drive Real Change." That is a remarkable number of words to say so little. | adh0

05/2/2023 22:08 | People should take a look at accounts for Tintra Acquisitions Limited accounts at Companies House and see if you can spot the supposed investment in shares and loans to Tintra plc that Tintra plc refer to in their RNS announcements see Share Prophets website for more details. | the spiv

03/2/2023 09:29 | So, has Chikosi bought/been given any shares in TNT?? What is he being paid? Now that Shearer has $10m + to play with, I, for one, wouldn't be surprised if money isn't being sprayed around with wild abandon, and lots and lots of 'key' appointments being made. Will there be a 'Director of Staring out of the Office Window'?? Lots of 'keys', as it were: pity none of them appear to be 'unlocking' the sp! (but 'we' don't care!!!) | 2magpies
02/2/2023 11:03 | Well, that SHOULD be a positive development. So, what will the share price do? 'we' don't care, right, RS?? | 2magpies
01/2/2023 13:55 | "An application for the 684,594 new Ordinary Shares to be issued under the Subscription to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") will be made shortly. The Subscriber is currently in the process of opening an account to enable delivery of the new Ordinary Shares into CREST and a further announcement will be made once an application is made for Admission." 1. An entity subscribes for 684,594 shares and pays $10 MILLION USD for them. 2. This must have been 'in the works' for weeks, if not MONTHS!! 3. It did not occur to it that a CREST account needed to be opened, IF it did NOT want them in certificated form?? Really? 4. At the current bid (£1.40) , the 684,594 shares = £958,431, which @ 1.23 = USD 1,178,871 5. It would appear that its 'net' worth is no longer as high as might have been. 6. How do you make a small fortune? Start with a large one! (as they say!!) | 2magpies
01/2/2023 09:16 | I see that NONE of the rampers have apologised. (2 of them have vanished completely .. atleast one remains as...'free-carry Harry', -- sooo obvs) | 2magpies
01/2/2023 08:26 | 120p coming. Better opportunity if you believe. Be careful with your hard earned mind. Shearer doesn't care what happens to the share price .. I wonder how the man convinced a HNWI to part with that ammont of cash with that strange attitude towards investors. | snowman21
31/1/2023 22:19 | Is this company really going to eat $10m in 11 months? Horrendous cash burn. And for what? | 2magpies
31/1/2023 17:41 | Not sure R/S is the man capable of looking after my hard earned so looking elsewhere gla Who remain invested here. | waltzing
31/1/2023 16:18 | What Shearer left out of his 'word-chunder' was the bit about 'world peace, and rescuing small animals'. All rather twee, no? | 2magpies
31/1/2023 15:58 | What an utter shambles. Why ON EARTH do the CLN bit, if you were confident of $10m in the bank within days??? Why? All the way from the Lottery fiasco, it's been one incompetent step after another, imo. Dollop after dollop of hyperbole and ludicrously grandiose pronouncements, and vastly underskilled seems to me. Don't care about sp?? What are you, a bleedin' Millwall Supporter?? 'No one 'values' us, we don't care'! Dear oh dear! Shambles. De-list now. | 2magpies
31/1/2023 15:50 | "strapittoyourankle 31 Jan '23 - 14:14 - 6283 of 6285 0 0 0 ........... Do they have a communications officer? ...." From the last RNS: "Tintra PLC (Communications Head) Hannah Haffield h.haffield@tintra.co 020 3795 0421 " Good Luck. Do let us know how useless you found the experience, do. | 2magpies |
