What is he being paid?

Now that Shearer has $10m + to play with, I, for one, wouldn't be surprised if money isn't being sprayed around with wild abandon, and lots and lots of 'key' appointments being made.

Will there be a 'Director of Staring out of the Office Window'??

Lots of 'keys', as it were: pity none of them appear to be 'unlocking' the sp!

(but 'we' don't care!!!)

The Subscriber is currently in the process of opening an account to enable delivery of the new Ordinary Shares into CREST and a further announcement will be made once an application is made for Admission."

1. An entity subscribes for 684,594 shares and pays $10 MILLION USD for them.

2. This must have been 'in the works' for weeks, if not MONTHS!!

3. It did not occur to it that a CREST account needed to be opened, IF it did NOT want them in certificated form?? Really?

4. At the current bid (£1.40) , the 684,594 shares = £958,431, which @ 1.23 = USD 1,178,871

5. It would appear that its 'net' worth is no longer as high as might have been.

6. How do you make a small fortune? Start with a large one! (as they say!!)

Seems like a reasonable argument. If he didn't want the 'faff' of dealing with announcements why choose to start the project inside a going listed company? All a bit 'having cake and eating it' he will have to improve the comms to PIs, and stop with the crusade. Some of the RNSs would do really well in a Henry IV play....'once more into the breach.. ' blah blah blah

Also he must give a roadmap of HOW that $10m (yes TEN MILLION USD .. ALL OF IT!) is going to be sprayed about so that it's all supposed to be GONE by end 2023!


All very well galavanting hither and yon ... and not being bothered about the share price (helloo!!.....this isn't a private company.....it's listed, Mr Shearer!!) ..... busness-class (even 1st class???) .. 5-star .... big retinue of hangers-on, even?? ..... but it's high time to actually start delivering ... time to stop just dreaming of the 'metaverse'!

Mr Shearer...what a lot of waffle. Just had to say 10mil in bank. Deadline missed for other 15m??? don't give deadlines man.nobody ic forcing you? Also don't spout blub about not being bothered about share price then stating a 10bil MC target. That just nuts man! Hence the drop today...man's not sure how he wants to communicate, and seems to have a disdain for PIs?

Unfortunately a lot of trades going thru on AQUIS,so not getting a clear picture of buys v sells just on ADVFN.Another system that needs to be sorted so a true picture of what is going on can be seen,yet another disadvantage for PIs.Not bothered about this drop though,will buy more if it goes lower.

I do not really follow the markets or what our share price is doing on any given day and I encourage those buying our shares publicly to do the same.

Usually a business running a strategy such as ours is still private, so its steps along the way, including time slippages, mistakes and missteps are just that, private.

The current fund-raising climate is challenging, to say the least, but being able to fall back on the wider Tintra Group's broad relationship base is very helpful. While this is no guarantee of success..

I would like the market to understand that when we make statements that look to the future, they are just that, forward looking statements subject to change...

TNT share price performance appears, to me, to be inversely co-related to the amount of verbiage spouted by Shearer.
