Our fake tree cost £100 and was 10 ft tall, I say 'was' as our ceiling is 9 ft so I had to be all decisive and chop a ft off the top, that was in 2003 so no complaints from me ... did some one almost use the 'W' word?

Nice tree shame it is fake... bi with us for near 25 years now,,,,only expected to last 2 or 3. Get what you pay for and it was 6 and tuppence as I remember.

Yesterday might be the shortest day, but did you know that the earliest sunset was around 12th December, so it has already been getting lighter for about 10 days in the evening.However the latest sunrise occurs around 2nd January, so we have roughly another 10 days of it still getting darker it the morning.It's true... Google it if you don't believe me!
