Definitely best to be speculative, who knows what rubbish the pump and dumpers will say next about the Thorntons chocolate teapot party, you couldn't make it up, but hey don't worry someone will be along shortly to make it up for you.

Well its only 40mins into the session and who knows where we will end up but as yet there is no mad rush for the exit. Market wasnt expecting much and it didnt get much. Down 6% at the moment, i expected a much bigger fall. Are we at fair value? More insti buying? Director buying? A bid?

Agreed, it seems as if some people on the board are trying the pump and dump technique, definitely to the max.

Either some are in on the next RNS or a few are taking a gamble here. I hope the RNS proves the latter right if it is the case. Looking good here at the moment and would be nice to see this over the 100p mark again.

50k buys in THT are seriously aggressive accumulation - question is why?

Ego - someone thinks (does not know) they are cheap?

Someone is buying to support a bid - my preferred opinion. We have a number of funds now holding enough to carry off the prize - this is just gravy.

Time will tell.

Never an easy read THT.

I can only guess but my guess is there is a significant buyer in the market happy to take sells from stale holders.

Nice rise today. The chart is starting to look healthier now. Perhaps the patient is making a speedy recovery! Best performing share of the day for me and with luck it will get better and better. Quiet board too which is quite a good sign ;-)

Not wishing to talk my book here but if a bid is coming they will tick this up to a price that will allow a reasonable but not silly premium.

Think 30% to the closing price and I reckon if this is whats being played out then the share price will go to over a pound to allow £1.40 to be agreed all round.

Either way this is looking very cheap - load up. I have and I unlike a good few on here was bang on the money before.

You totally control this share as far as trade info goes - the 50,000 sell this morning at 10.16 as a case in point. Clearly a buy from the off.

Either good news on the way from a trading view point has leaked or the end game for poor old THT is being set.

Either way I reckon £1.20 is pretty much nailed on.

Would be VERY positive if we were to end the day blue here IMO. You never know of course, but the chart is looking like it is getting rather interesting. It would be nice to know where yesterday's strength came from too!
