07/8/2019 18:03 | When i post, then post again, the post is after post. Hope that helps. PS - you don't say the same when rampers are ramping trying to convince others to buy into an insolvent company? Do ya? | aneeda avadump
07/8/2019 18:01 | You seems very busy on here trying to convince people it all doom and gloom, why post after post? | rmart
07/8/2019 17:57 | When Kockar realises the BoD will not entertain his noise without hard evidence, such as putting money on the table, like fosun have, will Kockar promptly dump his holding? You bet he will. | aneeda avadump
07/8/2019 17:51 | Bonds 28.480% They too are going to get a grade 1 hair cut. If so, why would they give shareholders anything ? | aneeda avadump
07/8/2019 17:44 | In your opinion of course. But you know no more than the rest of us. | rmart
07/8/2019 17:42 | At the end of the day, NK and the Voddy dinker lady are shareholders. The market will wipe them out, just as they will with the other significant II holders. Gut feeling, but it wouldn't surprise me that the BoD are going to fast track their proposal - which they have been working on for months - and with the backing of banks, bondholders plus the blessing of all their pilots, etc... It's basically a done deal. Turkey and Ruskie are about to get their holdings watered down. | aneeda avadump
07/8/2019 17:42 | Probably from a Turkish man | maxwellman62
07/8/2019 17:28 | No disrespect to the Lady, but on a teachers pay, where has she got £4.5m from | 1224saj
07/8/2019 17:23 | Well all who remain in I sent an email to PF, plus other establishments! Regarding my loss in TCG and NO longer being a holder of their shares. I have been in since Airtours days & David Crossland. The reply I had imo does not paint a good outcome for shareholders...nothi I wish you all well | philmac56
07/8/2019 17:20 | Whatever occurs, shareholders are knackered. Wait until the recap deal is announced then buy shares, unless it's taken private. | aneeda avadump
07/8/2019 17:18 | Then again the state university is in Ulyanovsk which is the address on the TR1. very strange... | titasiinitramho
07/8/2019 17:18 | debs is nothing like Thomas Cook. Debs had 1 person after it, ashley, TC it seems has more people interested. Maybe she is the turks ladyfriend? | rmart
07/8/2019 17:17 | I reckon TC and Fosun will be working extra shifts to get this deal done. Before NK and his Ruskie shag on the side get a proper voice. | aneeda avadump
07/8/2019 17:15 | rmart, yes, agreed the management are worse than useless. | aneeda avadump
07/8/2019 17:15 | Mike Ashley ploughed £150m into Debs. Look where that got him. TCG is insolvent and each day is a day closer to the hammer blow. | aneeda avadump
07/8/2019 17:15 | rmart, don't think that can be the same person who bought 3.46% of TC...? Unless teachers get paid a shed load more than they do in UK... | titasiinitramho
07/8/2019 17:13 | well it is true the management need firing, they have been nothing short of useless. | rmart
07/8/2019 17:13 | "“I can contribute capital, mutual synergies and operational know how,”" This guy is a chancer. He's been lucky in the past. Soulds like a Turkish Del Boy. | aneeda avadump
07/8/2019 17:12 | at todays closing price the 53m shares held by the russian are valued at over £4.7 million. I am sure she is just another mug punter then? lol. the turk has 123m valued at £11m, just another chancer ? | rmart
07/8/2019 17:11 | "Fosun, which has an 18% stake in Cook, sent the stock tumbling on July 12 with the announcement of a rescue that would heavily dilute shareholder ownership. Kockar said he took that as evidence that a financial bailout alone won’t save the company and that it requires fresh strategic thinking." So, there you have it, he's admitted the company is insolvent. So what does NK want? "“I think the problems can be overcome by injecting less cash than the announced recap plan. I see managerial problems rather than simply financial issues.”" He wants to be on the board! Maybe he dreams of being the CEO!! | aneeda avadump
07/8/2019 17:05 | The problem next is when another TR1 arrive from NK or the Russia, the market will slam dunk the price as it's now too late. TC needs re financed within the next 3 weeks. TC and Fosun, banks and bondholder has been working on a plan for months. | aneeda avadump |
