When Kockar realises the BoD will not entertain his noise without hard evidence, such as putting money on the table, like fosun have, will Kockar promptly dump his holding? You bet he will.

At the end of the day, NK and the Voddy dinker lady are shareholders.

The market will wipe them out, just as they will with the other significant II holders.

Gut feeling, but it wouldn't surprise me that the BoD are going to fast track their proposal - which they have been working on for months - and with the backing of banks, bondholders plus the blessing of all their pilots, etc...


It's basically a done deal. Turkey and Ruskie are about to get their holdings watered down.

Well all who remain in I sent an email to PF, plus other establishments!

Regarding my loss in TCG and NO longer being a holder of their shares.
I have been in since Airtours days & David Crossland.

The reply I had imo does not paint a good outcome for shareholders...nothing as far as the BOD are concerned, they still stay on their course outlines on 12th July.

Whatever occurs, shareholders are knackered. Wait until the recap deal is announced then buy shares, unless it's taken private.

at todays closing price the 53m shares held by the russian are valued at over £4.7 million. I am sure she is just another mug punter then? lol.

So, there you have it, he's admitted the company is insolvent. So what does NK want?

The problem next is when another TR1 arrive from NK or the Russia, the market will slam dunk the price as it's now too late. TC needs re financed within the next 3 weeks. TC and Fosun, banks and bondholder has been working on a plan for months.
