If I had been long here and had sold out following the Dilution RNS, I'd be a little aggrieved now.

They perhaps should put out an RNS now advising that there is no valid reason for this rise and that their previous statement re dilution and privatisation in the autumn stands.

I wonder if there will be any redress from Sten and Franky advising shareholders that they will be diluted into oblivion.

If Kockar does end up giving shareholders a much better outcome to the Fosun deal then like digger said there will be a few irate shareholders who sold out on Sten and Franky's announcement.

csm, I think that if Kockar goes for it he must pay the highest price paid by himself over the previous 12 months, not by the highest price paid by anyone else ie:Fosun.
