Well his shares are sinking as we speak and will soon be diluted.

Re making an offer for the business … you mean that loss making business with £1.2 billion of debt !

Oh dear oh dear oh dear he needs to make an rns when he clears 3%, his first says previous holding nil, the other two are because he increased stake, he now has to make one of these every day if he does any trades, 1.5bn shares is the total in issue gentleman please read the details

He's a multi billionaire , He may be going to make an offer for the share capital and finance the company. Seems likely as he's in the business. Any other reason ?

my best guess is that he wants to benefit from the breakup of the business - asset strip.

Mallorca there are 3 rns, he owned less than 3%, had to rns when he went over 4, 5 and then6. You don’t know how many he had before this but it was def under 3%. So he has more than doubled his holding (minimum).

The RNS was required when he passed 5%

I suspect that he's showing a big loss … over £1m and is simply trying to average down.

Nothing has changed here , we have been told that the stock will be very significantly diluted.

Just because some guy buy's a shed load doesn't change the balance sheet.

No mall he only acquired in last few days, and get the feeling £5m is not worth playing with for him, google and read up on the guy
