Get all the cash you can and put it into Inland Homes INL !!

Currently £140m M/C.
Hold until it reaches circa £1b and is bought out.

INL = my biggest holding in my SIPP.

I have said all along until there is a bid this will go to the wall, this guy has just played his hand, once there is a bid others will have to bid higher then it may get very interesting, at 5p the cost is about £1.6bn 10p it’s £1.67bn at 20p it’s £1.82bn in the wider scheme of the business that’s not much difference imho dyor

Admire your confidence I would be careful you have been right so far but could be a nasty sting in the tail if you are not careful. Don't be too greedy.

Mall he can borrow it and against hotels if he has too and no doubt at much less than the 6.5% Thomas Cook are currently paying

Calm down guy's .

Who's going to pay the 1.2 billion debt ?

He may well be a distressed investor facing a huge wipeout / loss.

Perhaps he's after some sort of control / influence.

Good money after bad I'm afraid - there has to be an equity for debt round - if the bond holders will accept the offer - otherwise , Administration.

Market Cap now only £70m !!

Is that shorts closing or more buying by the new investor ? As this news filters into the market o expect a bounce to 6-7p

From reading up on him he doesn’t mess about and he has a huge array of interests including energy aswell as tourism, wouldn’t be surprised if 10p is thrown in the ring, let’s face it everyone was expecting 1p until an hour ago imho dyor

Well that could add more value to current shareholders he obviously believes so if he is buying at these levels. Will definitely make shorts consider their actions. Hold or buy some back in case a higher bid comes in

If the new investor gets a controlling interest then his intention may well be to break it up.
