Remember it is not necessary to reply all the debt. Most companies carry a certain amount of debt. This is about cutting some of the debt now by selling part of one section of their company which then releases a £300m cushion as agreed.

Its all out in open. The leak was a blessing for all TCG holders. it would have been a slow decline until news, but as always in shares when there is third party interest and board confirm it, the share price does wounders. Huge upside. Risk vs Reward now firmly towards reward side. All the best
