20/1/2011 11:18 | Induna123...Surely the software business valuation will include the potential it holds so a slump of sales over xmas period is only a minor blip not a major mark down | tidy 2

20/1/2011 11:10 | tidy ... well IF that is true then any day but I have even heard the same from directors of different shares and it never happened. So to hear it from a rumour I am even less convinced but will be happy to be proved wrong :) | ihavenoclue
20/1/2011 11:08 | I think this is the cause for the flat trading The company revealed earlier this month that December's snow and the delay of computer games due for release before Christmas were likely to affect the software division's results. Ability, despite some breakthroughs, was struggling against the monopoly position of Microsoft. Makes it sound like they won't get as much as we thought for the software business. I hope I'm wrong but we may have to adjust our expectations. | induna123
20/1/2011 11:07 | The word is the rns has been logged | tidy 2
20/1/2011 11:06 | 22hoper ... LOL you are allowed to be in more than one share ;) I think you are thinking too short term ... news here could be weeks not days. I have a holding here and I am happy to wait :) | ihavenoclue

20/1/2011 10:24 | More news !!!! South East Third Quad in talks over selling software businesses Last updated: Thu 20th January, 2011 | Time: 08:42am Third Quad Capital is in discussions with a potential buyer of its Crawley-based software businesses. The software division comprises Ability Software and Formjet Innovations, combined with Softline UK, which was acquired in August. These businesses operate from a single location and the workforce has been restructured to reduce costs. The company revealed earlier this month that December's snow and the delay of computer games due for release before Christmas were likely to affect the software division's results. Ability, despite some breakthroughs, was struggling against the monopoly position of Microsoft. It said of the talks: "There can be no certainty as to whether a transaction will occur, nor as to the structure or terms on which any transaction might take place." The company wants to focus fully on its financial services division, VSA Capital, which is said to be performing better than expected and is seeing good quality deal flow, which is "very encouraging" for the long term growth of the business. | 22hoper
20/1/2011 10:07 | moving up again!!!!! | quraishim
20/1/2011 10:04 | Just got more on the dip, news has to be soon. | 22hoper
20/1/2011 10:01 | Hi knowing... Thanks for the links on the IPI BB about the 25% recovery in the commercial property sector. I have already started to top up in this sector currently with IPI, MNR and REO. TQC should really start to fly on the next market wave, or when they announce the signing of the PPA deal or we hear of the sale value of the three software companies. I am holding TQC long term, as I see growth value here. IMHO | flyingswan
20/1/2011 10:00 | ihaven...lol! true, as valuation here is next to impossible, expect some rate Andrew Monk pretty high.. | quraishim
20/1/2011 09:57 | quraishim ... that is the same with every share | ihavenoclue |
