Agree quraishim, but 3 software divisions one of them in competition with Microsoft has to be a pretty penny.

well difficult to give valuation of its market cap as it will depend on the sales...definately Andrew Monk might expect its market value to be rerated.

22 hoper,

Yep market cap currently around £6 million. The software division with a forecast profit of £400 000 alomost covers this on a PE of 10.

So you could say that VSA is almost entirely discounted.

Software could go for around £10 million ?!?

Maybe Camelot spooky eh? But you are in a decent one here.IMO Recto future volume will dwarf todays.
Selling 3 software companies has to be very hot money. Just got a few more to add to ones purchased this morning.

rns came out a little late, so off most peoples radar. Anyone who gets in now will make a bundle as the share price will continue to rise on speculation alone.

I'm surprised at the lack of trading since the RNS.(Although a bit more on PLUS)Perhaps not on the radar yet, maybe I should be thankful I'm in early.

Speculating just for fun- I wonder if a buyer for the software side means they are close to an NHS deal. I just don't think Monk would sell the software side on the cheap when he's so close to possibly getting an NHS deal which increase the value substantially.
There must news coming shortly on the NHS deal imo and it feels positive considering a buyer is sniffing around!

Quraishim - ok, VSA are brokers - they act for different companies, including for example if that company does a placing to raise more shares. There's a bit of a frenzy in resources stocks at the moment, so VSA are saying they will be looking to take on client companies in the area of Oil & Gas. If they act as brokers for Oil & Gas Companies doing placings well then that equals potential nice commission for VSA.

Hope that makes sense...I'm all explained out now :-)
