19/1/2011 13:22 | Agree quraishim, but 3 software divisions one of them in competition with Microsoft has to be a pretty penny. | 22hoper
19/1/2011 13:16 | well difficult to give valuation of its market cap as it will depend on the sales...definately Andrew Monk might expect its market value to be rerated. | quraishim
19/1/2011 12:56 | So right Recto, a quick multi bagger without doubt. | 22hoper
19/1/2011 12:54 | Recto - 12million minimum is what I'm hearing... | shammytime
19/1/2011 12:51 | 22 hoper, Yep market cap currently around £6 million. The software division with a forecast profit of £400 000 alomost covers this on a PE of 10. So you could say that VSA is almost entirely discounted. Software could go for around £10 million ?!? | recto verso
19/1/2011 12:48 | Maybe Camelot spooky eh? But you are in a decent one here.IMO Recto future volume will dwarf todays. Selling 3 software companies has to be very hot money. Just got a few more to add to ones purchased this morning. | 22hoper
19/1/2011 12:48 | Sorry, almost got a bit excited and rightly so !! I'm loaded. | recto verso

19/1/2011 12:26 | Just to remind friends from ntog and adh ... Three software divisions being sold off here at tqc. Formjet....Ability.. | 22hoper
19/1/2011 12:22 | rns came out a little late, so off most peoples radar. Anyone who gets in now will make a bundle as the share price will continue to rise on speculation alone. | 22hoper
19/1/2011 12:19 | MMs playing games. Silly spread and asking price going up. | 22hoper
19/1/2011 12:13 | camelot...yes its better this way...too much action 44% up then 2.8% then 19.6% and now 16.7%..........take your positions while its low in my opinion. | quraishim
19/1/2011 12:11 | I'm surprised at the lack of trading since the RNS.(Although a bit more on PLUS)Perhaps not on the radar yet, maybe I should be thankful I'm in early. | camelot5
19/1/2011 12:01 | Speculating just for fun- I wonder if a buyer for the software side means they are close to an NHS deal. I just don't think Monk would sell the software side on the cheap when he's so close to possibly getting an NHS deal which increase the value substantially. There must news coming shortly on the NHS deal imo and it feels positive considering a buyer is sniffing around! | simon42
19/1/2011 11:59 | M1das thanks for that its all clear now......... | quraishim
19/1/2011 11:43 | Quraishim - ok, VSA are brokers - they act for different companies, including for example if that company does a placing to raise more shares. There's a bit of a frenzy in resources stocks at the moment, so VSA are saying they will be looking to take on client companies in the area of Oil & Gas. If they act as brokers for Oil & Gas Companies doing placings well then that equals potential nice commission for VSA. Hope that makes sense...I'm all explained out now :-) | m1das_touch
19/1/2011 11:43 | Nice 440K bought on PLUS | knowing |
