The Company notes the recent share price movement. TQC can confirm that it is currently in discussions with a potential acquirer of its software businesses in order that it can fully focus on its Financial Services Division as noted in the Company's trading update issued on 4 January 2011.

Just had an email from jacob saying that Third Quad Capital have finalised a deal and RNS has jusr been logged on the system. Not sure what this means as I have never heard of the company so took me a while to find this board.
