Recto its a strong possibility, Mr Monk has some allies out there. What are your views on the purchase price?

from 3i

company is currently valued at only £4.5mill, but they are in discussions to sell the software business for an ammount which is being specuulated as £12mill.

after that sale, TQC will still have remaining their financial services division, plus of course an injection of £12mill from the software sale.

right now i cant see this as anything but a STRONG BUY.

interesting to see where it finishes by friday afternoon, i'm expecting 3.5p this week and with more interest next week, could be 5p+

It makes sense. Occam's Razor.

Regulars, what did you think of my suggestion (complete speculation) about Rivington buying the software division :

1. They want too buy small profitable companies.
2. They recently bought a software company, possible synergies.
3. They have a circa 10 % holding here (60 million shares at crica 0.055p I believe), so they have already made around £500k profit here.
4. They would have a profitable company (year end 31 March 2010 forecast = £400k) with a great new strategy and excellent management.

A good rise in TQC would in theory pay for this aquisition.

Win-win, no ?

(ALthough TW will probaly call me a loonie lol)

Finally

This is the site asi have created, reminds me a little of the tesco one, if this trial is successful it would would certainly be ground breaking for TQC, I wonder what the margins would be? But breaking into the public sector in the current climate of government cutbacks could be key to making ASI a success. Personally I would prefer it if they could drop the branding, but if thats what it takes wdik.

Market cap. is still less than £6 million even after this rise in share price

If Monk takes it to £40 million as he has done before, this is now in theory an 7x bagger !!!!

When the dust settles, we will be looking at a very different company, I wonder if their former HQ will be part of the sale? It has just been let out, but is up for sale.
