I agree hoper,but having been a holder for some time, it was a gut feeling for the price, on reflection, it may be a bit more than my estimate. Which is all good because I hold 1.5M of these little babies!

poombear, whoever buys the three software companies will be paying for the licenses, rights, expertise, staff etc owned by these software companies. The turnover of these companies is just a part of that. IMO 12 million is very,reasonable.

I'll be stunned if they get 12M for it, Ability/Formjet have a annual turnover of around £1m softline last year was £1.3m (both from memory), so where do we get a value of £12M? I reckon it will be between £2.5M - £5M, which is still good news in my book. VSA was always the future. Hope Shammy is right though!
