Boss owns 29% and I over 40% other board members quite a chunk so good news on results there is bigger all free float We shall have to wait and see But should get between 5 and 7p special div just depends what value is credited to the original business plus the effective 361,111 APT shares Will the original business get back to float level if shoes signs of profitability and maybe a few pence for the APT holdings could see this at. 15- 20 p range even after the special dividend They still have three years with carphone warehouse exclusive leasing deal been plenty of new phones launched so if people have been upgrading early on lease should be plenty of fees generated?

And smart to cash in immediately banked a big profit Who knows where APT will be next February if it's up up up happy days but if not the BOD have got minimum £9 mil for Creditpay which was only launched last November

They had 3.5 mil cash at end of Dec just added 9 mil from sale of APT shares remaining APT shares and residual 10% of creditPay is valued at 3.6 mil that's £16 mil So the business that was floated at 20p or £20 mil is now values at a negative 2 million This is massively massively under valued So buyers now will get a 6p special div and be buying into the remaining business at substantial discount. The board have clearly shown they can create value So the existing Carephone Warehoue credit leasing business is valued at negative £2 mil Something not right hereAnd they may even show a small profit at next results as it will have had Creditpay returns APT certainly saw value in Credit Pay created from nothing and sold for £12 mil plus what new venture may they create next from their platform ? Seems a real Bargain to me. Another bigger player may just come along and saddle them up. Oh and Director Owns nearly 29% so he will won't his fair value?

130k at 13.75p mid price

13.15-14.2p spread today so you are guessing what that is although generous if it's a sale so more likely to be a buy as been a lot of selling at 13p recently

Results soon then we will know how much the special dividend cash back I'm guessing 6p and a residual 10p share price following results and forward update This is cheap as chips imho

What has happened.....in connection with TSL'S Subsidiary TSE Think Smart Europe

'AfterPay are acquiring the ClearPay corporate entity, including ClearPay's contracts with relevant service providers and key employees with local knowledge of the UK market and regulatory landscape. ClearPay's existing retailers and customers currently transacting on ClearPay's system will be afforded the opportunity to transition onto AfterPay's global platform upon launch, expected to be within the next 6 months.'

what is to happen....

'Utilising the local capabilities of the ClearPay entity and team, Afterpay will prepare to launch its globally scalable system into the UK within the next 6 months and will immediately engage with relevant retailers with a local UK presence.'
'TSE also has rights of pre-emption to subscribe for shares in ClearPay in any follow on fundraise. Afterpay has an option to acquire the remaining shares held by TSE (and any shares forming part of the ESOP), exercisable any time after 5 years from Completion based on agreed valuation principles. If the option to purchase is not exercised by AfterPay within 5 years and 6 months from Completion then TSE may exercise a put option to sell the remaining shares in ClearPay held by it (and any shares forming part of the ESOP) to AfterPay at a price calculated on agreed valuation principles. '

Do we know when results are going to be released Should get news of special dividend as we'll wonder if we get 6p special dividend what the city will value the company after cash distributed! The city certainly got it wrong on the value created by Clearpay !!

yep, mm robbery stock though, they are making a killing on the spread and have got half of yesterdays stock back already for a handsome profit

13.225-14.25p is hardly inviting
