Can't blame them for taking some profit after a good rise but they have kept the majority by the looks of it.

There are not that many shares in issue so sometimes it can send it up or down more quickly if people do catch on.

We'll see.

Value stocks everywhere, it's a poor market for them so do not get too despondent when the board is quiet.

Absolutely we are left with a great holding in that company, whatsthepoint.

Agree.

Most people seem to have missed the value here.

This will move up very very quickly in my opinion when the penny drops that you can invest here and effectively TSL own 6.5% of a virgin market for Afterpay in europe before it explodes upwards like it has in Australia My sister had to a NT just to buy £1,000 of shares and offer immediately jumped to 14p

Hazl look at my posts the real value is the 6.5% retained eguity in Afterpay Europe !!!!!Ten bagger in a few years if it grows as quick as Aussie market

' Cash and cash equivalents of GBP2.5m at 30 June 2018 increasing to GBP10.5m at 31 August 2018, post receipt of the proceeds from the sale of the initial tranche of 750,000 Afterpay shares pursuant to the 'ClearPay' transaction, but prior to the expected special dividend/capital return. The Group is currently reviewing its capital allocation plan and how best to reward shareholders'

A comfortable hold I would say.

IMO

Afterpay can't buy that 6.5% before 5 years has lapsed So plenty of time for the value to grow I highly recommend that you suggest people look into this share do the required own research but I am very happy I have bought in at effectively negative value in the new Afterpay europe business and the existing business as cash and shares in Afterpay Australia is as good as equal to current share price DYOR But I would rate this as a very strong Buy

Investors are not aware of what they have an opportunity to buy in hereAs I have tried to explain TSL retain a 6.5% equity stake after the 3.5% employee share contract in the entire European and U.K. operation of Afterpay Now europe and U.K. should be a much much bigger market than Australia If Afterpay can get to Aus$ 4 billion in no time flat in Australia imagine how big they can get in the whole of europe the biggest trading block in the world So TSL will have 6.5% of that business if the company just grew to where Afterpay Aus is now that's £1.41 a share

Well apparently Finn cap have a note out saying worth 33p I have just had a chat with the CEO from Australia he was kind enough to call me back on my request The 10% of Clearpay europe they didn't sell effectively will give them 6.5% of Afterpay U.K. and European business which the Aus equivalent is worth circa Aus $ 4 billion So that 6.5% could be worth an absolute fortune in a few years time massively massively undervalued at 13.5p on offer today But the story has not been picked up by the market as very very illiquid stockI was very very impressed with CEO this is a snip at this price No value in price for tthe share of Afterpays europe business

I'm guessing it's Wins that opened lower pre market, do they actually read these results ?

"Cash and cash equivalents of £2.5m at 30 June 2018 increasing to £10.5m at 31 August 2018, post receipt of the proceeds from the sale of the initial tranche of 750,000 Afterpay shares pursuant to the 'ClearPay' transaction, but prior to the expected special dividend/capital return. So sitting on £10.4 mil cash in bank and current value of APT/clear pay at lower aus$15.7 price is a further £3.2 mil that equates to 13.2p share price so currently the rest of the existing business that was floated at 20p is valued at NEgative With the ability to obtain a 500% return on capital in less than 9 months this has to be massively undervalued ???? Be interesting which parts of results the market will dwell on Bigger loss or massive cash balance to be distributed With no value attributed to the original business and existing platform ??Should be way over 20p imho
