I don't understand why we are not up just on the back of a rise in the value of APT the deal is already better than that announced yesterday ?If they did manage to sell some at the open above $22 then happy days more money for special dividend Not sure anyone aware how much that could be 750,000 apt shares worth £9.5 mil at $22 and £8.4 mil at current price. That's between 9p and 8p per share They state will retain some cash so could easily be looking at circa 7p special div And the residual shares should boost the valuation of the company So I could see a fall back to 10 p range still above pre announcement price and nice cash dividend

This share was Over 20p before it even launched ClearPay and it’s just effectively monitised that new product for in excess of 12p a share based on last nights closing price of aus$ 19.69

1,000,000 shares = 90% so still have another 111,111 that will eventually be sold to Afterpay

And that will be new cash they still have the original product that Created the listing in the first place

This has to be way way undervalued at current SP

They said they intend to retain a holding and some cash for future expansionI for one think this CEO knows what he is doing. To create such value in such a short space of time worth following!

I hope they don't off-load the remaining shares,they look pretty good to me.
This is under-valued but will probably get noticed now is my bet.

TSL so yesterday this company received 750,000 of the 1.000,000 shares in Afterpay which trades on ASX the plan was to offload over medium term and give a special dividend. Well they may well have managed to offload a huge proportion this morning in Aus as the price opened up 20% on APT (Afterpay) so they could have made an extra 10 to 15% on the sale price they were hoping for APT finished up 5.4% so the remaking percentage they hold in Clearpay and the 250,000 shares they receive in Feb 19 will all be worth a lot more The growth of APT has been pretty stellar to think TSL only launched ClearPay from scratch last November and they may have already crystallised circa £9,000,000 just on the sale of these 750,000 shares lots of money to distribute as a special dividend They will announce that in results in September These guys seem to know what they are doing ? But very under the Radar share. CEO owns 29% of business clever man ? Will watch with interest if anyone has picked up on the opening of APT and wether TSL offloaded into the major spike overnight on ASX if so there will be a bigger special dividend than anticipated.
