We know you have never gave anything away in your life as it’s not in your lot nature. You kill for a score.

However Matt has friends that were friends before his success. If he wants to share the love it’s his money. If you ever make real money you will come to understand that giving is the most rewarding thing you can do.

Yes Midas. He most likely will have give away 10x to his friends in the next years for buttons. Smart move.

So THG is now effectively a charity for the less privileged hey Paddy, this just gets evenmore compelling by the day, hehe!

...Its like that guy giving out readies to the masses in Birmingham City centre believing in his Crypto pyramid scheme!

Correct Big T. They are only coached message Board posters. They can’t stand up to much scrutiny. Simmons got well defeated by me in the past but went away and now is back after the take over debacle. That will be water under the bridge soon and we will see my friends where you are.

Anyone here want to know anything about IHT then feel free to ask.
As only people who have to worry about it, have to know the rules of IHT.

Every business has a fair value. This doesn't mean it's investable. There are a lot of businesses I wouldn't invest in for reasons that have nothing to do with the valuation and current price. No, I said this is not investable and I later gave a reference fair value. What have you done apart from being on the wrong side and having nothing meaningful to contribute. All you've done is say others are wrong but you can't explain why and you have no unique arguments or valuations that you've calculated. You're a leaf carried on a current in the river and you've got no control over where you go.

At the very least I told you 7-8 months ago, if you want to invest, wait because this has further to drop. You shouldn't be angry at the folks who said this will go down. We didn't make it go down by saying it will. You should be angry at the people who were telling you to buy...who by the way have strangely disappeared.

Simmons he took the shares and my understanding is that they will be gifted over the next 3 years. Therefore it was smart to take them now as he believes shares are going to rise. If so this makes really good sense. Get them cheap and give the cash alternative in shares which hopefully have went up. My understanding is those share rewards have not just been given. Matt has taken the opp to get them on the cheap. Smart me thinks. Alternative you take them when they are a larger price and say they price falls. You then have to give more shares as a reward. Simple mathematics and business sense. All leading to a rerate soon.

The taxation is the same you clown, that’s how I know you are a nobody.

The difference is moulding doesn’t pay on the gain and his estate pays less if he dies within 7 years as it’s the value at time of gift. Any business man or semi successful person would understand IHT and capital gains. This immediately tells me you really nothing but a little roach.

I would rather he sent out an RNS on what the trading is doing instead of all this bravado on buying shares and giving them away. I also see they gave away £36m shares to 500 staff! I wonder who is footing the bill for that!

This is a FCF loss making business and they are handing out £36 million to staff - when the shares are down 90%. You can NOT make this up! It is like the emperor's new clothes!

A rather convoluted way of trying to evade the taxman Paddy otherwise why do it if there's no incentive for the incredibly philanthropic Chav!
