27/7/2022 15:24 | We know you have never gave anything away in your life as it’s not in your lot nature. You kill for a score. However Matt has friends that were friends before his success. If he wants to share the love it’s his money. If you ever make real money you will come to understand that giving is the most rewarding thing you can do. | ![]() toastyakatoansy
27/7/2022 15:20 | Yes Midas. He most likely will have give away 10x to his friends in the next years for buttons. Smart move. | ![]() toastyakatoansy
27/7/2022 15:19 | So THG is now effectively a charity for the less privileged hey Paddy, this just gets evenmore compelling by the day, hehe! ...Its like that guy giving out readies to the masses in Birmingham City centre believing in his Crypto pyramid scheme! | ![]() one_frankel
27/7/2022 15:17 | Correct Big T. They are only coached message Board posters. They can’t stand up to much scrutiny. Simmons got well defeated by me in the past but went away and now is back after the take over debacle. That will be water under the bridge soon and we will see my friends where you are. | ![]() toastyakatoansy
27/7/2022 15:06 | Anyone here want to know anything about IHT then feel free to ask. As only people who have to worry about it, have to know the rules of IHT. | ![]() bwana4
27/7/2022 15:03 | bldm 26 Jul '22 - 08:56 - 21160 of 21579 Every business has a fair value. This doesn't mean it's investable. There are a lot of businesses I wouldn't invest in for reasons that have nothing to do with the valuation and current price. No, I said this is not investable and I later gave a reference fair value. What have you done apart from being on the wrong side and having nothing meaningful to contribute. All you've done is say others are wrong but you can't explain why and you have no unique arguments or valuations that you've calculated. You're a leaf carried on a current in the river and you've got no control over where you go. | ![]() bigt20
27/7/2022 15:02 | They won't be keeping them for long !!! You consider yourself an intelligent person and a share holder here?? More like Mystic Meg and a Sun reader to me !! | ![]() bwana4
27/7/2022 15:01 | Does convoluted mean anything to you Paddy, figure that out and there's your answer you silly buffoon, hehe! ...Ohh and some of us have family legacies that are well-versed within the realms of optimising for taxation but I'll take 'Nobody' everytime over someone who just tries too bloody hard hey Paddy! | ![]() one_frankel
27/7/2022 15:00 | bldm 26 Jul '22 - 08:29 - 21155 of 21577 At the very least I told you 7-8 months ago, if you want to invest, wait because this has further to drop. You shouldn't be angry at the folks who said this will go down. We didn't make it go down by saying it will. You should be angry at the people who were telling you to buy...who by the way have strangely disappeared. | ![]() bigt20
27/7/2022 14:56 | Mrs Immons you are atarting to sound a little Desperate now - it’s a little unbecoming Maybe you should close your short.. | ![]() sankshiela
27/7/2022 14:56 | Toansy, LOL, how many on here would know The IHT TAX ?? FFS !! The so called share holders !! | ![]() bwana4
27/7/2022 14:56 | Simmons he took the shares and my understanding is that they will be gifted over the next 3 years. Therefore it was smart to take them now as he believes shares are going to rise. If so this makes really good sense. Get them cheap and give the cash alternative in shares which hopefully have went up. My understanding is those share rewards have not just been given. Matt has taken the opp to get them on the cheap. Smart me thinks. Alternative you take them when they are a larger price and say they price falls. You then have to give more shares as a reward. Simple mathematics and business sense. All leading to a rerate soon. | ![]() toastyakatoansy
27/7/2022 14:53 | The taxation is the same you clown, that’s how I know you are a nobody. The difference is moulding doesn’t pay on the gain and his estate pays less if he dies within 7 years as it’s the value at time of gift. Any business man or semi successful person would understand IHT and capital gains. This immediately tells me you really nothing but a little roach. | ![]() toastyakatoansy
27/7/2022 14:52 | I would rather he sent out an RNS on what the trading is doing instead of all this bravado on buying shares and giving them away. I also see they gave away £36m shares to 500 staff! I wonder who is footing the bill for that! This is a FCF loss making business and they are handing out £36 million to staff - when the shares are down 90%. You can NOT make this up! It is like the emperor's new clothes! | ![]() mrsimmons
27/7/2022 14:52 | 'they wont be keeping them for long' - desperate ROFL | ![]() billionarebob
27/7/2022 14:52 | Shorts trying all sorts now looool, new lows from them but the price goes higher and higher, they can't start it ha ha | tomzimerman
27/7/2022 14:50 | "Matthew Moulding immediately gifted 1,169,000 Ordinary Shares to various friends, none of whom are classified as persons closely associated with Matthew Moulding, for nil consideration."So they got them free, they wont be keeping them for long.. | ![]() neo26
27/7/2022 14:49 | A rather convoluted way of trying to evade the taxman Paddy otherwise why do it if there's no incentive for the incredibly philanthropic Chav! | ![]() one_frankel |
