It'll likely go there when they split the business in half anyways. In fact should really be expected

Well, if you don't know the mechanics of stocks and relationships with rates and the FI markets you just explain the current price movements with Candy making an offer. The reality is, there are fundamental processes ongoing which change the rules of game this business plays and the new rules are vastly worse for THG than the rules 2 or even just 1 year ago. If you don't understand anything just think about this - corporate tax is going in by 33% from 19% to 25%. From just under a fifth to a quarter will now go to Bojo and mates.

..... It loses money every year,

---> FY 2021 - Operating losses £137.46m

BUT below that there are the Finance costs £49.44m less
Finance income £0.62m = £48.82m that have to paid.

IN ADDITION they also have to pay the non finance cost
part of the leases - this is called 'Repayment of Lease
Liabilities' £36.21m.

While THG is clearly aware of the macro-economic challenges, the Company continues to perform well, and in line with its own expectations.

--> Multiple posting of this is not convincing.
