06/6/2022 14:03 | I'm quite modest London07 but I allow others to make those distinctions of whose rather savvy and whose not! ...Bob, Moulding is just a bloody salesman, nothing more nothing less!...Who just got lucky in a growing beauty market but as you well know he is rather 'Clueless' in business but to anticipate a 100% YoY growth on expectations of £500M by year 5 in Ingenuity is completely deluded so let's hope that's your words not Mouldings because that really would be concerning... By the way buddy, I would love to know how profitable those individual projects are for Ingenuity because they always seem to miss out on the finer detail but is that inadvertently or just purposely! | ![]() one_frankel

06/6/2022 13:15 | The Strength Of Automation: Look, — and then in terms of the straight answer to you, yes, we are bearing the cost of that additional capacity in the underlying P&L account. Yes, what we’ve actually done is over the last 2 years, we have deployed 2 million square feet of warehousing space. Now I touched on most of those projects in the earlier narrative in the — we’ve got the facility in Manchester, which were commissioned right at the end of last year. In the first quarter of this year, we’ve moved into much larger facilities in both Melbourne and New Jersey with automation to go into New Jersey in the second half of this year. There was the facility that we commissioned in Dubai in the final quarter of this year, and we’re expanding our existing facility in Poland in the second half of this year. So that all is where the additional capability comes from. And from those projects have just this group, we get 7 billion of GMV capacity there. But I think the key point to make is despite the fact we’re having to fund that additional capacity and actually the rising cost of the people who work within it, we are delivering flat and falling fulfillment cost because of the automation that we’ve put in. I can’t really underestimate the importance of that automation and how that drives cost down. But we recently I think all the way, we recently moved Cult Beauty from its manual warehouse in London into this automated facility in the past month, and that’s halved the fulfillment cost for that business alone. So that’s the strength of the cost savings from the automation. | ![]() billionarebob
06/6/2022 13:09 | Ask yourself a very honest question - How much would it cost WPP to get were Ingenuity is right now? Over 1 billion pounds worth of investment, distribution centres all over the world. Check out the tech it is out of this world and miles ahead of the competition. Cult is cost cutting a whopping 50% thanks to these little robot beauties. Check out this video link if you've not seen them before. | ![]() billionarebob
06/6/2022 13:05 | 12 months ago THG Ingenuity was valued at £4.5 Billion by Softbank. A legal separation has to take place to receive the funds (literally any day now, H1 22 deadline, so in next few weeks) Even say option taken up at half the price, THG ingenuity alone valued at £2.25 Billion. Current valuation is ZERO! This is what most don't get. PE or not, as many say, separation is coming, if US PE want the whole group, it's last chance saloon! Either way, massively undervalued. "Separation will maximise shareholder value" and will give the BOD "Optionality" | ![]() zb27

06/6/2022 12:52 | Does anybody want to value Nutrition? 660M turnover, market leader, owns and manufactures their own brands. Got to be worth x4 surely? | ![]() billionarebob
06/6/2022 12:50 | I will start with Ingenuity valuation, I posted this recently but some of you may have missed it. Let's compare shopify with Ingenuity both tech and both with 60% EBITDA. Ingenuity is on course for revenues of 500 million in 5 years, I personally think with the current 100% YOY growth it will take 4 years. EBITDA of 60% is similar to Shopify, so if Shopify current market cap is $50.3 billion on turnover of $4 billion down from a high a few months ago of $200 billion market cap, Shopify is currently valued at between x12 and x50 turnover. So ingenuity value based on similar in 4 years could be revenue $630 million (based on the current rate of $1.26 to the pound) so x12 would be $7.5 billion x50 would be $31 billion based on comparing current Shopify figures? What price Ingenuity if listed separately on NASDAQ Ingenuity has always been the golden ticket and that is why SoftBank wants it and why WPP is trying to copy it :) | ![]() billionarebob
