Toansy was right all along, the sudden interest and increase in THG, and the inevitable huge increase to come, has amalgamated all the misfits in one place LMAO.

Its been over 2 weeks since thg announced to mkt about Candy and Macdonald interest. Silence..Keep an eye on Candy holding, hope he is not benefitting of takeover offers.

Quite clear to see there are multiple aliases posting here from the same sad individuals! It's truly tragic.

Their aim is nothing but disrupting the board of any meaningful discussions.

All the desperate FUD spread by some on here, not quite sure where some of these non holders get the time, they posting 20+ times in day, WOW. Just look at sad old nav/mrssimmons, probably 50-60+ posts since suddenly rocking up a few days back lol

And the really sad thing is, none of this FUD is going to have any impact whatsoever! It's one of the smallest PI holding shares on the LSE. Unless i'm completely mistaken and the likes of Norway/Qatar Sovereign wealth Funds, or Softbank/Vanguard read these boards 🤣!

Not quite sure what is going to happen to all these individuals once THG gets sold, going to get some monumental breakdowns!

Nav you are right thg is worth min 8 billion which is why the 1.70 offer was rejected. There will be other offers and hopefully we will get a bidding war that will get us to your 6.66 per share valuation:)

Bob, mentioned Shopify they too are loss making but with 7.5bn cash, so if you can use 10x revenue, currently ingenuity rev around 200m that equates 2bn.Thats current mkt cap, why is no one prepared to pay another 1bn for the other 2 divisions?Am i right any offers come, thg has to inform mkt?

SoftBank have a history of making untimely investments and then running for door Bob, they are nothing more than perpetual gamblers, maybe something already inherent to their culture!

If softbank were prepared to invest 900m on ingenuity alone surely they would be prepared to get in bed with MM and take THG private for say total 3bn.You say alot is happening but the only two interested parties so far is 1) candy, a friend of MM and 2) Macdonald a close friend of MM who is also director of Thg. No other party is taking the bait if thg is sooooo cheap.

Softbank valued ingenuity for 4.5bn, and they wanted the option to buy 20% in future.Now 20% is 900m, with 900m now they can partner with somone and purchase 30% of whole of thg.Why are softbank not interested now? They can get rid of beauty and nutrition and make profit.Answers on a post card, it doesnt make sense. We have board member bidding 2bn for whole company.Wheres the proper bids or was thg all huff and puff.

Personally I'm going with what my bird told me last night in doggie..this shaggy fantasy bid is being bid between pals..
This is now positioned technically to drip towards the double bottom at 72p
That's why I have put a placard outside cubicle 4 with the numbers 72 written on it, so the average nob doesn't get fooled by the pump and dump merchants who don't like listening to the strong possibility of this being dripped back down to the previous lows towards 70p.
Please be careful..I've seen the books

Softbank valued ingenuity at 4.5bn last may, if they still believe that then why dont they buy the whole company for 3bn.Its rather strange no one coming in with decent offer.

Moansy..can you email them about your ramping agenda..some of these poor nobs are going to feel the heat if this bid doesn't materialise, on the back of your ramps so you can make substantial gains..even though you know this is not guaranteed.
For many stocks, it never happened..nothing is guaranteed..I'm not gonna ramp just to fill your agenda..i was happy for the £5.17..until I realised these are all mates bidding..they're all interlinked..that's the first sign of discontent.

I for one am happy to trade at the moment..cos there's NO GUARANTEE this bid will happen..thus this will crash back down below £1
I'll join the party at 72p if doesn't happen...if it does then I'll be the first to congratulate you in cubicle 4 with a sniff of Mrs Lodges minj.
