John Menzies - basically an aviation business now was effected by the COVID lockdown and crashed......then it went to just under £3 in Feb 2022 and then got an offer.

I'll be surprised if the offer for THG. goes above £2 (at this point of time)

This is what happened at John Menzies. They turned down 4 offers before accepting I can see THG doing something similar. It was trading at around 2.80 when the first offer was made they are now 5.99 :)

This has been held down and clearly 'managed' again.

If news of offers, could easily open in thr £2+ next week!

Expect another gap up on opening. I had a sale order for some at 147 placed this morning find a buyer just now despite the sell price barely reached. Onwards and upwards.

Yes £3 absolute minimum. MM and BOD can decide, ball is in there court! cannot be a hostile takeover, not possible with MM's golden share!

Other bidders to join the party, flood gates have opened.

Just look at Homeserve price action. 4 big gap ups before being sold, its how M&A works!

I was referring to the ex THF miscreant Sir P G himself when referencing possible link between the Candy's and the sunbathing lard bucket

Hope that clarifies matters

Big gap up Monday again!

Matt holds all the cards! Golden share, if they want it, pay close to fair value!

We are in a unique position as shareholders, no buyout theft here!

The average price target from 5 analysts is 485p.The highest remains at 700pThere is no way Matthew Moulding could justify much less than that for starters. The rejected 170p was just a hat thrown into the ring to start the processIgnore the noiseDYORGood luck!
