Oh and my other long term winner if you buy in at these daft levels with a PE of 15 and loads of development in the pipeline is BVC.

The world is full of bitter twisted people. Loads of THG shareholders will make a mint here, I am currently $2100 up but I expect this board to attract all sorts of morons claiming that the share price should be 10p.
Its clear that the more bashers appear the more the price will rise so bring it on.
Strangely all they need to do is buy some shares and make money !
As I have stated before I know and have worked with Matt at 20:20 logistics at Crewe and he will have learnt alot from Brian and John Caudwell. In an uncertain next 5 years this share will be one to hold !

Im not so sure Licker. You keep shouting about that on LSE also, but pointless RNS look desperate. As MM says “let the numbers speak for themselves “.

---> Good point.

When the news lands we have been waiting for this may have a full Rerate to ATH .

Charts looking good today, general market will get a bump.

THG has all its boxes ticked for a smashing end to the week.

Don’t let him get to you Griffo. He doesn’t deserve anyone’s energy. The filter feature is your friend.

It almost sounds like you are all trying to convince one another what a good investment you have all made whilst all sitting on massive losses. The guy who has a million quid's worth just happens to have an average below the current share price - SHOCK. I have a new name for him - CAPTAIN HINDSIGHT. Didn't buy in from anytime during the IPO or the gradual fall down to £1.30. Didn't buy in when it went back up on rumours of being bought. Nope captain hindsight knew the rumours were untrue and waited perfectly to get in at £1.04.

There are people on this board (Novices with no investment history) and they have put their life savings in predicated on what their mates (working there as the janitor) tell them down the pub that it's a nice place to work and they know MM. You honestly couldn't make it up. They go to bed expecting £4 in a few months. People like captain hindsight cheerlead them into investing more.

It will end in tears (it sadly already has for those who have bought in for the past 2 years and they didn't listen to me then either!) . The way I have to justify what I have been saying for the last year - anyone would think I have been wrong and the shares had gone up 90% not DOWN 90%. I'm off to Zuma for dinner. Good evening chaps.

Sorry Davidro I agree with you entirely, I meant no risk from my perspective. The money invested im more than comfortable to lose if I'm honest none of it I require day to day. Clearly I do not want to lose it though. My personal circumstances and career are more than comfortable but this would be a lovely boost. Many thanks

Griffo just a note of caution as your statements worry me a little. There is still risk, much less down here but as you've disclosed this is your first investment and 'need' this to work out, don't go too crazy. The markets have a habit of kicking you when you're down. Do not go all in on this even if you think it is a no brainer

Griffo, for me business case is very very simple. Dont even have to do much research here lol.

1. Cannot be valued at £4billion in 2018 when revenues were £700m. Just on revenue basis it will be x4 this year ~£2.8 billion, valuation can then not drop to £1.4 billion lol.

2. Spent over £1 billion on acq and infrastructure in 2021 alone! Current value £1.4 billion heeey!

3. THG Ingenuity valued at nothing, absolute zero 'they' saying. How can that be lmao. £115m rev in 2022, over 60% Ebitda. OK.

4. THG Ingenuity cannot be valued at £4.5 billion by Softbank 12 months ago, all IPO targets met, but valued at zero.

Peeps must be thinking, hey none of these statements make any sense, how can this be?? EXACTLY.

Due to various different reasons, misunderstanding of tge business, business structure, high II holding, manipulation through short and distort. We are where we are = opportunity of a lifetime! A few of us can see it, and atleast 4 US Private Equity firms can see it, staring us right in the face.

OK may not be worth £8+ in the current climate, but 100% should not be anywhere near current valuation!

True value will be revealed for the patient holders, ATLEAST a few multiples from here.

Peoples replies and responses are very transparent on something such as this. Not just the content but the timing and manner. Wouldnt mind being a quid behind some of you guys on the investment levels ButIt genuinely helps me with learning and confidence when I see honest and qualified responses not just THG is dead etc etc. I only hold 11k but avg of 112. Im more than happy to sit at these levels and gently accumulate whilst learning the quality of a business like THG

Got to agree. Toansy has been very open about holdings and prices. So these comments undermine credibility of mr s IMO. He didn't reply on my earlier post about upside downside risk. I mean fair value of 82 p or 95p or whatever is fairly irrelevant if the potential upside of a bid is multiples of that. So surely the question here is how likely is a bid (sounds likely but who can be sure as entering a recession) and if we don't get one what happens. If the answer is nothing and it stagnates around a quid then you haven't lost anything. Could be worse places to be invested when everything else is tanking like a stone?
