1. How much is Ingenuity worth? Well we know Softbank valued it at £4.5 Billion 12 months ago.5 of the worlds top 10 FMCG's already signed up. Automating fulfilment centres. 18 fulfilment centres around the world, opening 2 more in Dubai and Melbourne. 32 Data centres, shipping to 195+ countries, THE WORLD ONLY FIRST CLICK TO FINAL MILE ECCOMERCE PROVIDER.

2. How much would it cost WPP to replicate THG Ingenuity? Billions, and several years atleast.

3. Most important question, what is the the value attributed to THG Ingenuity by the market today? A BIG FAT ZERO 🤣🤣.

We can all see there is a complete disconnect here. And if anyone is willing to open their eyes just a little, they can see this will have a RAPID RERATE VERY SOON.

As you point out toansy, why would someone waste soo much of their time on a daily basis if they don't hold and have zero interest, I just don't get it!!!

Mrsimmons said not that long ago that THG was good value at 1.23 less a 30% because he didn't like a few of the young kids that worked there. Current price 1.06 is above his tip so if he had followed his own advice he would now be showing a profit.Also, he knows THG will be split but keeps valuing the group as a whole2 questions to Mrsimmons how much is Ingenuity worth? And how much would it cost WPP to replicate it including the billion pound investment in fulfilment centres?

Inflation at 8% in the US. Wage inflation will be brutal. I’ve spoken to some CFOs of listeds. 5% wage rises are the mean for next year. That’s a big hit. Most value add companies pass this on. THG have said they won’t and will absorb it. I can see margins going below 4% this year. Unfortunately THG is a box shifter - no value add and it’s impossible to pass on costs as the consumer simply goes elsewhere.

I was in a board meeting earlier this week. NEDs from a number of different sectors. It’s batten down the hatches time. Balance sheet defence is the name of the game for the next 12-18mths. Funnily enough the view is interest rates won’t go ballistic probably settle around 2/2.5%. I suspect that’s driving the weakness in sterling. A lot of the big players are moving money into long term US treasury bonds. Yields are decent so why take on risk in the market.

I’ve looked at my DCF and I’ve reduced my FV to 82p. Not as low as some Analysts have it but somewhere in between.
