From early today:Warehouse industry doubles amid online shopping boomThe UK's transport, logistics and warehousing industry has almost doubled since 2011 thanks to surging demand for online shopping.A report from the ONS shows the industry has grown by a fifth since the start of Covid alone, making it Britain's fastest-growing sector. It grew at twice the pace of information and communication – despite the continued growth of tech – and eight times faster than retail overall.https://news.sky.com/story/brexit-and-covid-transform-industry-as-warehouse-numbers-booming-12588103

A nice little reminder. £4 BILLION was rejected in 2018, when it was a very small and different business when compared to today. Make it make sense lol

sank market makers marked dowmn on poor GDP data consumer spend is going to slump

FT

"Samuel Tombs, economist at Pantheon Macroeconomics, expects GDP to contract in the second quarter, “as the recovery in consumers’ spending peters out and as output in the health sector continues to fall back to earth”.

If RNS comes tomorrow notifying us of the date, with update next tuesday, with the long Bank Holiday, they have effectively reduced the trading days to 3 days. Wonder how the shorters (robbers) exit by end of this week. Will they clamour over each other, cause complete mayhem, next few days could be EPIC.

Brokers were saying its completely undervalued at 200p lmao.

Sit back, relax, and enjoy the show now.

Everyone had a chance to load up at 100p less for several weeks, no excuses, 'when' this rerates.

what I find slightly irritating - is you then all turn on people like me and yet the management team (who are responsible for this) do not receive an ounce of criticism. They are Gods to you all and they can do no wrong.

Yes Bob FV is 95p correct. I don't need you to send me the workings. I have them to hand with the assumptions. I would love to see the chap's DCF who gets to the £5.17 and after I have read it and stopped laughing) maybe I can bring him back round to some sort of reality.

From LSE:

They have just replied to me (IR) and so others may get similar -

"Thank you for your email and interest in THG PLC.
We will be publishing our results date shortly, which is set to be promptly after Easter.
Regards,"

Not long to go :)

Sentimental rule - the price is in the 80s. What is there to be thankful for?

I have been saying this is a dog for months now and I was right. One poster on here was adamant just TWO (!) weeks ago that Softbank would still exercise it's option to buy 20% of part of the business when the valuation of the whole group is less than that. That is the extent of the delusion amongst some on here. There was also one chap who was saying this would be £5.17 by now. None of this is steeped in reality I am afraid.
