THG have until the end of June to announce their results. They will announce them when they have completed the strategic preparations which they are carrying out in the background.

MM would like nothing better than to blow the shorters and nay sayers out of the water with positive results and forward projections. The City have had his pants down and having bowed to their corporate governance requests positive results should see this rerate higher as quickly as it has fallen.

GDP figures came out worse than expcted today:

"Business leaders warned the economy was likely to struggle in future months as soaring inflation damages consumer spending power.

Suren Thiru, the head of economics at the British Chambers of Commerce, said the government needed to provide more financial support to companies and businesses to deal with rising cost pressures.

“February̵7;s slowdown is likely to be the start of a prolonged period of considerably weaker growth as rising inflation, surging energy bills and higher taxes increasingly damages key drivers of UK output, including consumer spending and business investment,” he said."

On Friday, analysts at Bank of America said THG’s stock looked “just too cheap” after the recent sell-off.

“We value each of the group’s three division at a higher [enterprise value] than the overall group market cap,” the bank wrote. “We believe the listing of Beauty could act as a catalyst for the shares, while the company has done [sic] good progress when it comes to governance and transparency.”

Serious question, MM has clearly said should never had IPO'd in London, worst mistake. Once THG Ingenuity is separated and listed, what are the chances of it actually being listed on LSE, would he list on say Nasdaq?

Bank of America Buy Rating, one of their 5 to thrive.

New Top Tier Chairman - Governance Issue sorted.

Nestle forever21 and Nintendo amongst others confirmed as client of THG Ingenuity.

And this is STILL 91p, yep got it, market is not sleeping here, it's non existent lol

1apache - Totally agree. Opportunity of a lifetime. Everyone and their dog knows it's worth multiples.

The minute THG provides an full update on their strategic plan, this will rerate rapidly.

Hardly any retail investors here, only ones who have fully researched.most looking for multiples on AIM, this will be on Main Market premium listing soon, Index funds will have to buy, and will take THG into FTSE250 at current market cap. At IPO level market cap would be in FTSE100!
