The drama with this share is never ending. So they floated for 6 times current price, they said they'll split company in 4 and IPO the 4 individual companies, then they said they'll take it all private again and about the same time they said they'll sell beauty and nutrition to PE and keep the rest as a plc. Does it look like management knows what they are doing and are straightforward with investors?

Even Putin is more straightforward than the management of this company. I'd rather be holding shares in Russian companies than this garbage. If you want exposure to growth stocks, buy US growth shares. This is the trashiest UK growth stock and it shows in the share price movement. Only bag holders left rooting tooting to get their money back. Pray for a miracle, it might happen. Personally, I don't like being on my knees but plenty of folks here who like spending time on their knees. Just make sure you have a tissue to wipe your mouth after.

I really hope all this speculation materialises very soon but without an RNS confirming that they have opened their books it’s just theoretical speculation.
Something was certainly brewing but has it progressed? - We need some confirmation from THG.

Ingenuity is the Daddy, RBC forecast 500 million revenue in 5 years with 60% EBITDA.

If they get 2 billion for beauty (personaly I think they will be asking for a lot more)

Then anyone in for £2 or under will get a free ride on what happens to the rest of the group :)

THe excellent research on LSE strongly suggests separate listings for beauty, maybe nutrition too. IF beauty can be valued at a couple of billion, imagine Ingenuity in a year when turning over 112m with high EBITDA?

targeted for buyout theft?Today 12:24So, as most people probably know you are able to search Companies House for publicly available information on listed companies. If you search THG you get a list of the various companies (and also a load of un-related ones with similar names.For THG, there are similar filings over the last couple of days relating to Beauty, Experience, Luxury, Nutrition and Ondemand but not Studios and not THG holdings. Each is applying for a reduction of capital and each is accompanied (as required) but a solvency statement, confirming that the company can meet all of it's debts and obligations etc.https://www.netlawmedia.com/news/the-solvency-statement-reducing-share-capital/#:~:text=A%20solvency%20statement%20is%20a,otherwise%20discharge%20its%20debts%3B%20andAs the link says, and as mentioned yesterday, a reduction in share capital is normally a pre-empt to buy-backs, dividends, spin-offs or mergers or simplifying company structures. Is this part of a bigger update, related to a main market move, golden share related? Personally I think it could be a pre-empt to try and take it private at a substantial premium to now but in a way that circumvents the £5.96, either via a spin-off or perhaps not involving Soft-Bank in the main businesses but keeping a link with Ingenuity? These documents at Companies House have all been put in motion via applications by the Company itself (signed by Director James Pochin) and so they are the ones driving them.One way or the other there is a big update coming and we definitely know that they are solvent because of the solvency statements :)

I think he bought higher than £3.30 he said he had bought 30/40,000 in trenches of 10,000 he never has given the full facts. He sold the lot, lost money and is now a very bitter bloke with no THG shares just ranting all the time. If they don't give him some medication he gonna end up in the asylum. Screaming 'I LOVE MATT MOULING' from his padded cell. Poor fella :)

bob blamed me for sharing my fair value calculation of 80p saying I've been using a trick called "anchoring". Yet sanks' every comment has a ridiculous number in it. When THG was high, his numbers were low, when THG is low his numbers are high. haven't heard bob say anything. billionarebob's a total loser, you can play him like a fiddle and he won't even notice.
