We all hope genuine investors are made whole, some have had to resort to shorting, trading etc but cant forgive the disco strategy of trying to manipulate the price with his smith handle, based on knowing workers there

But again this goes back to lack of buyers due to standard listing
So short term, no doubt your short is safe, unless some capital event

What I will Say to counteract is
The market hates this company and cannot buy it due to standard listing even if it wanted to so traders and shorts will always win until thg hets its act together and lists on premium listing
It is baffling after all the money thg have spent on separation, they still wait for fca confirmation of merger

Beauty is in growth, you know that since august but it’s the ebitda that was 5% in h2. 6% will be achieved in 24
You also need to throw Biossance and manufacturing into the mix

Ingenuity is not a good business today based on roi - but it has grown enterprise client base and exited Nov and Dec plus 15%. I don’t expect that bug for q1 due to seasonality but I do expect plus 10%


As I say let’s discuss more on results but let’s avoid emotion statements
I agree web traffic is down. But with Uk up 10% in both businesses in q4 I m not too concerned as u want profitable sales not any sales

Ingenuity is simply a dud Srs8 which is taking on absolutely anyone for some return for its huge capital investment, nothing like what they initially envisaged for their diamond in the rough so to speak!

...Growth in both beauty and Nutrition is dead because the former is so highly cut-throat where competition is rife across the board albeit with depleting margins whilst the latter has quite clearly become saturated now so certainly not convinced one will offset the other!
