Update with no update. First time ever they have not give a Q1 update when they released prelim results. Make of it what you will. More waffle about last year “continuing adjusted”

No idea how market will take it. Very strange not to give some details for Q1.


--> Just looked at the Prelims....no wonder the share price dropped yesterday.
As you pointed out they still cant past the adjustments.


Good job they had these to prop up the cashflow:
Sale of non core Freehold property £55.5m
Working capital movements £48.1m
