...But does she think that US input costs for goods and services are different to anywhere else in the world especially when we have such a strong dollar against nearly every other prominent currency and yet we have clearly deluded people like these not only dictating to us but controlling our central banks so its of no wonder why we are heading towards a fully digitised economy folks!

Unfortunately Big T, companies such as THG will always find rather creative ways to conceal their real financials regardless of forthcoming protocols so you have be smart as you are with getting down to brass tacks with their underlying financial data!

I havent checked yet but I assume MM still owns some of the leases that THG pays for.

I wonder what his (or via a company) position is regarding the loan from Warrington Borough Council?

Valuation - I'll have to give some thought to that.


Frankel - Adjusted EBITDA, EBITDA etc. is why IFRS 18 is coming. I need to see what opt outs they are going to allow. I hope there are few opt outs as these metrics need to be ruled out of order.

Investors never ever ever get a return without sotp here. Mad mouldy with share rewards gets the lot anyway. 3 percent dilution per year. What a disaster.

The inventory reduction helped and the selling of assets and playing around with less capex to make it FCF breakeven. If I was mouldy I’d get what I can out of this before it goes pop in a few years and he losses all control.
