Did you see how much the USA company that was turning 300m got sold to THG for out of insolvency. In case you missed it 20m! Yes 20m.

When lenders take control and auctions are involved don’t pretend to know what things will get. The intangible assets that THG have are what they paid, and they are THGs estimate, it isn’t what will happen in a firesale as evidenced.

Assets alone is 1 billion. They own numerous factories across the country and in America. As well as Poland, that’s just manufacturing (nutrition).

--> If you are thinking of selling assets, they are only worth what somebody else is prepared to pay for them not what they cost an organisation.


Where are these numerous factories? They have some manufacturing sites but I would hardly describe them as numerous. They have some warehouses etc. (but not all are owned, some are leased).
