Fools there was no internal leak lol ? if there was they would have known about it the other side of December, juts like in fy22. And then it did get out as shorts pulled in. Hedged are too scared to shirt the too much due to take over target.However qube braved increasing back over the reportable threshold and it was their sell they probably caused a wave cascading selling along with the macro . Thg is magnified as all stocks that underperform in 2023 were hit harder than big risers of 2023. Algo matching historyFact is everything points to greatness for the update, and shorts left will exit now while that goings is good imo

I hope you’re right.
I do think all retail has been hit but the timing and the extent of the slide indicates to me something more has surfaced at THG.
THG did not slide immediately on Tuesday but 90 minutes later - maybe after something was announced or circulated internally?
The rumour certainly seems to indicate a revenue decline at Nutrition.
The impact of which won’t be known until the numbers are released.
Sadly I didn’t hear the accurate rumour until Wednesday so it was too late for me.
It’s extremely upsetting especially after so many rebuffed approaches at plus 160p earlier in 2023 and 2022.
Always jam tomorrow but when tomorrow arrives it never materialises.
I also don’t believe the shorts are increasing but that the staff at THG adversely impacted might well be selling and any fortunate investors tipped off early on Tuesday?
I do think they will announce next week like last autumn a week early.
Frankly this is one in a long line of disasters all leading back to Matts management.

Let’s hope the rumours are wrong but historically THG has been very leaky and they usually prove to be accurate.

Forgot to add that a low share price going into results is the perfect narrative for Hedgies to close short positions and then go long :)

Its just a case of how quickly the share price goes up when they start making their moves.

The leak seems to be a Nutrition revenue shortfall vs 2022?
There are no targets in reality and we do know the extent of the shortfall vs 22 or the impact against 2023 overall targets neither revenue or ebitda?
It is surprising they knew so early so I assume its big(?) or that their monitoring systems are much improved year on year?
Lots we don’t know.
But yes it’s a leak ship especially when so many people internally at nutrition are impacted?
Thats the rumour doing the rounds anyway? At least as I understand it.
Beauty should beat but is that enough?

Finding it funny that LSE is arguing how much part of the business is worth.

Question, if you held shares and want them to go up, surely you wouldn’t argue this down.

The games are well and truly being played.

Nobody knows how much it is really worth on here.

That's it short attack over in the US. All the charts now point to a recovery of the bull run. Place bets now on a bullish run for the tech top 100 and that THG shares push back to 84p.Nailed on.
