No matter who is who on here, THG has underperformed with current management.

This is down to the goals Matt set, no one else.

Under promise over deliver is key yet the opposite only happens.

I ain’t selling till the companies true value comes out.

We all know it’s more than current share price.

Should have taken that offer earlier?
Although should recover as little selling pressure wanting it below 70 - yet anyway?

Try not to worry too much Disco because you'll sooner or later encounter a 'Total Loss' in this tripe you call an investment and then we can reconvene hey!

How many times is this going to test support at 72 before hopefully moving higher?

Certainly a buyer out there as I just offered the mkt a 500k sell off book and was offered over the bid price.
Just testing the waters as book was difficult to read.

Just popped another few K into the mix. Technically a return to the 80-82p range should happen in the very near term (next week).

agree bob, the softbank money was the best trade mould ever did. wish he had managed to get the full amount, but hey ho.
ingenuity reoccuring revs improving gives confidence; just need to land and announce new customers soon to get the full benefit in 2024

on capex, was pleased to see it reduced to 100m in 2024, this feels more normal for a business of this size. if ingenuity can break even in 4/5 years, it would be massive as essentially supply chain and logisitics becomes profit centre (unheard of)

Srs8 agree with you on Ingenuity it has to start delivering. The Softbank money was invested in the fulfilment centres and we have a clear advantage over others.Whatever happened to evey mile from WPP?Signs are promising and we have 1 company on its own with 1 billion GMV, MM said so in the webcast :)

reducing capex is often seen as desperate. suggests business can not trade itself to hit commitments.
hades is right, moulding has missed all projections since Q4 21, so lets see if he can deliver what he has committed to. personally i think yes, but ingenuity is a blackhole until it lands big clients (80-100m capex vs 10-15m ebita)

SRS8 remember they still have the capex card, they said they can turn capex on and off like a tap.

Reducing capex will increase profits :)

Am hoping for news on selling a big junk of Nutrition for many multiples while WHEY prices are still low and Nutrition showing record profits.

This will unlock the SOTP valuation.

Then continue to concentrate on profits while growing the business slowly by purchasing distressed businesses on the cheap and turning them around.

As revenue slowly increases and margins widen then we may even get to the point, dare I say it, of getting paid a dividend. That's what it's all about, right

However IMHO this gets taken out for many multiples of current share price way b4 any dividends are paid.

Either way am happy to wait, until then the share price gonna bounce about all over the place and the shorters are going feed from it.

Hades, re nutrition, as YTD Q3 is flat, Q4 would need to be flat, agree it could be challenging, but if they can achieve 100m+ ebitda, I think a small miss would be forgiven on revenue as long as beauty overdelivers

By the way Bobby, the goons at THG couldn't even forecast with any real certainty two months prior to their interims in the past so I do wonder whether that confidence of yours may be misplaced yet again!

Fundamentally this is a good business, really Bookbroker!

...Do you reside with your head in the sand because last time I checked, every bloody market the tripe has is not only highly competitive and cutthroat but fast becoming saturated my dear 'Learned' friend!

'nutrition is ebita driver fir 2024, with revenue planned to be flat. hopefully achieved.'
Is that Q4 or for full year 2023?
Full year likely OK but Q4 as tough comparison despite postal issues pior to Xmas 22? - Or am I wrong?
Anyone know anyone working in that division?
