20/1/2025 19:47 | Has it been confirmed? | dr3dd
20/1/2025 19:15 | You are right, they cut the buyback short of the original target. | bahamasoil
20/1/2025 18:52 | Didn't they only manage to get about 2.5m shares back through the buy-back scheme. correct me if I'm wrong but weren't they the only ones to be cancelled. | 1399peter
20/1/2025 15:44 | Back on 05.02.2023 I posted a link to a spread sheet I was running to keep track of the canceled shares. It looks as if Jaka Partners and AP Construction shreholdings equate to the Fincraft holding. Might he have negotiated to act as a proxy for Gazexport Ltd? Also might there be warrants issued that we have lost track of? | bahamasoil
20/1/2025 15:12 | Atom, Cynical, I don't think you're alone there. I can only assume the people parting with their shares so easily have caveats attached regarding future profit from sale or purchase of said shares. | 1399peter

20/1/2025 12:51 | Lets hope Bill isn't the one giving away his chunk to Fincraft for a pittance then because someone is. Wheres the Ecology permit, is production shut down? Will it all come good as long as Kenges gets what he wants. Call me cynical...i'd like to see something material fist before getting all excited. Why have Fincraft been gifted a large part of the company from other holders who , if it was going to be so good gave up their holdings? This give it all to me and i'll make it happen is b0llocks | atomaton
20/1/2025 05:57 | Let's just hope Bill's expectations are around the us$30 Mark 😁. | 1399peter
18/1/2025 13:53 | I think everyone who's been hanging around here for a decade or so is with you there, tankerton. While it's great to see recent developments & Kenges finally seems like an influential local who can & will make things happen, if it turns out to be a cheap takeover play rather than developing the productive asset we all bought into, I'm gonna smash my jeroboam of vintage chilled, light, sweet crude instead of drinking it. At least we should find out within months. | marth
18/1/2025 10:35 | It wouldn't surprise me if the delay was to allow Kenges to complete his acquisitions in Tethys. We will soon see and if he wants to increase further then it's a takeover. My money is on him gaining control of the board and then working with Bill to push for growth. | tankerton
18/1/2025 05:11 | If it takes Mr super connected oligarch three months to get his chit stamped, maybe we should go easier on the current board achieving so little over all these decades. | zangdook
18/1/2025 04:48 | Tankerton, It's the right time now (hopefully this year)for Tethys to be releasing news. To show us that they are finally taking advantage of the world economy. 🤞 | 1399peter
17/1/2025 22:30 | India’s oil giants turn away from Russian crude | tankerton
17/1/2025 18:37 | Are the Tethys board actually aware of anything that has been going on?????????? Wakey wakey, rise and shine time to come out of hibernation!!!! | dr3dd
17/1/2025 11:49 | 1399Peter this was from the Kase site and they are at least 16 days behind , but they only update quarterly so we wont see anything now until the next 1/4. Karmicpete.....to the moon and beyond eh. | dr3dd
17/1/2025 10:58 | Peter Kazkommertsbank JSC/Rakishev/ 34.31% It will be interesting to see where he goes from here as he has run out of options as far as doing private deals go. | tankerton
17/1/2025 10:36 | "...let us see the share price rise to a stratospheric high." Only stratospheric? Shouldn't we be aiming for the moon? :) | karmicpete
17/1/2025 10:23 | I thought Fincraft had 36% | 1399peter
